My opinion is based not on the place itself, because me and my spanish friend were not let inside, but on the behavior of the man working there.
We came to the place at 18:00 on Friday, 19.10.2018. We knew the place is open til 19 and that the last entry is no later than 18:30. We also read information next to entry, that there are limits for people to enter.
My spanish friend talked with the man working there, he said that right now (at 18:00) it's full, but he will let us in at 18:30, when the people, that are there now, will leave. At 18:20-18:25 people started to leave the place, me, my friend and another group of spanish tourists were waiting outside. At 18:25 the doors were closed just in front of us and we were not let in, we and the other group called the intercom and we heard to wait a little more. At 18:35 the doors opened and the same man, that told us at 18:00 to wait and that he would let us in, said now that the place is already closed and we won't enter.
We feel very disappointed with his behaviour, he gave us contradictory information and hope that we can see the place. Especially that we were waiting in rain and, as you can see above, we didn't come too late. I'm not expecting the employees to speak fluent English, but when I asked basic question to this man that it is not 19:00 yet and why he cannot let people waiting here to enter, he just looked at me, said nothing and closed the door.
I see some opinions below that we were not the only ne treated this way. Please, improve the level of your employees, because I believe place is very interesting, but the expierence with the man working there was...
Read moreI’ve been in the museum in 28th of January and, as I didn’t get a ticket online (it was sold out), I waited for almost 2 hours in line to visit the station. At some point, a lady who was ahead of me on the line called three people that arrived after me to join her and her group in the beginning of the queue. There was no one from the museum supervising what was happening. When the last session was about to begin, the staff who was organizing the entrance said that the person in front of me would the last one to enter. I told her about the three people who skipped the line but she replied that, as she didn’t see it, she couldn’t do anything. And she told me so despite the people who were around confirming the information and agreeing with me.The lady and the three people were right in front ready to enter. I’m from another continent in a short trip to Spain and won’t have another opportunity to try again.. For me, this whole experience was really unfair, disrespectful and...
Read moreAn out-of-the-ordinary attraction away from the usual tourist spots. Arrive as early as you can, as there is always a line and the staff don’t regulate how long groups can stay in the station. When we arrive we were put into a room to watch an educational video about the metro system to bide time until the current visitors had left. But 45 minutes later no one came to fetch us. So there was a “mutiny” among our group of random tourists and we decided to just head down to the station on our own. No one seemed to care! When we got down to the station we saw what caused the delay: a huge, private tour group amassed on the platform and didn’t show any signs of leaving soon. It’s a quirky thing to see, but definitely take initiative to just head down there and don’t wait for staff...
