Ocean Club Marbella — Attraction in Marbella

Stay away . This "Ocean" is not a friendly and five stars beach club, it is allegedly a cheap criminal scam around organised extortion around one pool, made to rip tourists that go there in the summer .You get inside it and will begin your nightmare. In the door they inform you that to use the swimming pool you can sit wherever and consume anything you want. You then sit, order your drinks (because you had already lunched ) and you go to swimming pool. Is when you comeback to your table to drink your drinks, that your ordeal begin. The waitress will begin the intimidation and extortion process: she/he begin to say that as you used the pool you have to order food and not just drinks (even if you are not hungry ). Then they say that the water that you order for 8 EUR do not count ( but that you have to pay for it ) Intimidated you order a dessert for example , and you surprising see see 5 drops of something glued in a big plate for 12 Eur . You say you do not want that, and they answer you have to pay for it because you had order. If you complain to the Management that's another nightmare, they say that the waitress told you before ( they lye ) Ask you If you have proofs that somebody have answer what they had answered you in the door ( of course you do not have ). Then they say that the door staff shouldn't have answered to any questions about the consume , because they are contracted and they do not know. Then they say that you should have knew before you use the pool ( you say there is way you had asked before but they don't care ) Then they say that you couldn't expect to swim for some drinks trying to humiliate you. When you say that they should have put the exactly compulsory consume at the entrance in clear written form , they say to you that is there place and they do wherever they want . Then the management oblige you to pay for wherever and they call the bouncers and they say that they will call the police if you don't immediately pay for what you did not consume because you have order it .Resuming : If you do not want to eat or if you do not want what they bring to you you can't refuse , you are there just to pay . You do not decide what you will pay, they do . They change any rules unilaterally from when you get in until you go out . We , paid the 60 pounds and we left without drinking or eating . We paid to get our lifes out from that allegedly criminal hole . Other thing that proof that the owners know the scam, is that the same "customer service directed wonderful management " . Is the one dealing with the complains here about them. See other complains, funny , they answer to all not apologising, but bulling the complainers calling them drunks" , bad dressed etc. I'm glad that with us as we do not drink alcohol ,and dressed perfectly . We are wondering what they will call us maybe ugly or wherever :) If you want to have wonderful holidays don't let this mafia style management take advantage of you, do not get mislead by the central location or view as that makes part of the mouse trap. They act as this , because they well know that for tourist it's not easy to put them in a Spanish court . Advice , have fun with your family, go to other clubs ,chill out in the swimming pool of your hotel . Or go to the beach in from of this trap . You will hear for free there music ( the only good thing ) and you will have real fun with locals and tourists that mae the same.The ocean have all the real view and lots...

Visiting Ocean Club Marbella was truly an unforgettable experience and easily one of the highlights of my time on the Costa del Sol. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere feels glamorous yet relaxed, with a perfect balance between luxury and fun. The venue itself is stunning – a huge pool surrounded by stylish sunbeds, impeccable facilities, and a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean that immediately sets the tone for a perfect day.

The service was excellent throughout. Staff members were attentive, professional, and always ready with a smile. Whether it was ordering cocktails, enjoying lunch, or simply needing assistance at the pool, everything was handled quickly and with genuine care. The menu offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality dishes, and the sushi in particular was exceptional. The drinks were creative, well presented, and definitely added to the overall experience.

The atmosphere at Ocean Club is what really makes it special. The music was perfectly curated – upbeat but never overwhelming – creating the ideal vibe to relax during the day and enjoy the livelier energy as the afternoon went on. It attracts a stylish international crowd, which adds to the cosmopolitan feeling of the place. Even though it is a high-end beach club, it never felt pretentious or unwelcoming.

Of course, Ocean Club Marbella is not inexpensive, but in my opinion, it is worth every euro for the level of quality, service, and unforgettable memories it provides. It’s not just a beach club – it’s a full luxury experience.
