We came across a sign for this Bodega when doing a walk out of Ronda, and stopped in to see if we could do a wine tasting. (No luck getting anything arranged with anyone in Ronda itself on short notice.) As luck had it they were just starting a tour with some other visitors and we (4 of us) were able to join in. We had a lovely time learning about their vines and methods, followed by a tasting (4 wines) and some tapas. Even got to try an extra rosé at the end. Cannot recommend this place enough! Truly the highlight of our...
Read moreWow wow wow. We had a wonderful morning learning from Ana about this winery. The setting is spectacular and the wines are so good. We learned a lot about the history & workings of an organic winery and finished off with our tasting of 4 wines & tapas. Not usually a white drinker I loved the white Resilencia Pedro Ximenez & the full bodied red, Perezosa. This is a small winery which came highly recommended from a Sommelier. It may be a difficult drive but SO well worth it. Thank you Mariola & Ana, Roy & I have wonderful...
