Truly an unforgettable experience.

We called ahead and spoke with Pablo, who generously opened the winery just for us. From the moment we arrived, it felt like something really special. We were given a private tour, which allowed us to take in the beauty of the vineyard at our own pace and soak up the rich history behind it.

Pablo’s passion for winemaking is clear in everything he does. He explained the winemaking process in such a thoughtful and engaging way, weaving in stories about his family’s legacy on the land and their connection to the Ronda region.

The wine itself was exceptional, and each glass was perfectly paired with a selection of delicious local foods that truly brought out the flavors.

We arrived to rhythms of flamenco music, a table gracefully set beneath the shade of an old tree, and the warmest of welcomes from our host. It felt like stepping into a storybook scene where every detail whispered of care and passion.

To be honest, this experience outshone every wine tour I’ve done in Bordeaux (France) and beyond!

Pablo’s passion was infectious. He didn’t just host us, he wove an atmosphere of magic around the tasting. The olive oil and cheese, paired with the wine, were a symphony of flavors.
