Wonderful restaurant. Lovely location with wonderful views from the outside seating area. Great service, the staff made us feel comfortable and welcome (which is unusual for two people on the spectrum) Possibly the best meal we have ever had in a restaurant, I had the pork tender loin, it was wonderful. My husband had the venison with truffles it was spectacular! The drinks are well priced and good measures, we had gin and tonic and the tonic ( as well as other soft drinks ) is locally made! Also gluten free options, and the best gluten free bread I've ever had! .we can't recommend this place enough!

We were reluctant to eat here after reading some reviews. But we were very hot after walking down to the view point and the kids needed to stop!! The food was good. A little price compared to other places but the setting was as lovely so was the music playing by the fountain. The local wine was better than the reviews. It wasn’t the best local wine we’ve had but it certainly wasn’t the worst. Service was fast and attentive. So overall we were pleasantly surprised.

Perfect experience! If you are a tourist, this quintessential location and setting will meet your every expectation. The view is incredible, the courtyard fills with beautiful people and wedding photo shoots, and a gentleman plays classic Spanish guitar while you eat out in the courtyard. Oh, not to mention the hake is cooked to perfection and prices are reasonable for a somewhat upscale establishment. Hope you enjoy!

I am sad to but feel compelled to write a review regarding the bad planning, bad service and lack of ability to communicate on a humane level to customers. Maybe they view tourists as idiots I dont know. We spend our hard earned money to go vacation couple of weeks and we only ask to not be met by arrogance.

Okay so the story of how the service was: We ask to sit down at a table where there were no sign of reservation. Since we ate dinner only 2 hours ago at another place (spending our money on Ronda) we wanted dessert and drinks. The waiter insisted on us having dinner - acting øike she didnt understand… and okay I bought an expensive dinner - my fiance wanted dessert and wine - and the waiter completely ignored her request and acting weird and passive aggressive obviously not fluent in english. By the way english is also not our first language - but we speak it on vacation since we are outside our home country.

So I had to ask another waiter to meet the request to get wine and dessert for my fiance. We ended up spending 70 euro - which is a considerable amount in Spain even though we only bought one main course - drinks and dessert.

Then the passive aggressive waiter without asking just came with the bill and said you need to pay now or go to another table because we need this table. We had barely sat there for 1 hour. Just the way the message was delivered and the blatant arrogance of not taking our full order first - creates a bad atmosphere in a beautiful place.

I guess they made a mistake and were stressed to get the table. but I mean you have to put the client first.

The place has a beautiful atmosphere - but Im sad the waiter creates a bad feeling that «you did something wrong» when obviously we just wanted to sit down at a free table get drinks, desserts and ended up spending a fair amount of money.

Probably the management pay the waiters poorly or creates a fear driven work environment - I dont know. Look at the bad reviews. No...

Be careful of the Parmesan cheese.. we ordered the bolegnese and asked for cheese. After eating we noticed the cheese was rotten. The manager didn’t try and fix it. She claimed they mix blue cheese with their Parmesan. My wife is a cook and called her out. She denied. I then asked to see the other bottles of cheese after table next to us got some fresh cheese for their pasta. I then asked to see other bottles of cheese because I knew she was lying. She brought me back to the kitchen with attitude like she was right only to have kitchen not be able to produce any more bottles of cheese. Mind you there are probably 25 tables so having two bottles only of cheese for a restaurant isn’t reasonable. They dumped all the cheese after getting called out. I would avoid this place. Would’ve been an easy fix but they...
