This is one of the best places to visit in Spain or rather in the whole world. The entry is not for free, you have to buy the tickets in advance. They could be unavailabe on arrival. The restriction of the tickets makes the place uncrowded. As long as I know the king of Spain still has it as his own residence when visiting Seville.

This is the first courtyard that you 'll see once you enter the place. Its rather large and not at all symmetrical or uniform. There is a n obvious mix of styles and time periods present in this courtyard. Not a whole lot of shade either. the main entrance gives one a little taste of whats to be seen insid ehowever

There are far too few seating areas, the staff are unfriendly, and the whole place smells strongly of horse manure.
