Sevilla Kitsch Hostel Art — Hotel in Seville

I have chosen this hostel because of the location but I didn't read the reviews, if I did I can confirm a few things.

Arrived at the hostel in the evening, I had the Collage room, not my thing, tacky decorations. But I was welcomed by this stinky pungent smell of sewage. I thought opening the window might help since I couldn't figure out where the smell was actually coming from. So I left to do some sightseeing at night, returned quite late, and realised the smell was coming from the sink and especially from the toilet!! (I had a private room). In the morning, I told the staff, they seem to know the situation and offered to put some chemical down the sink and toilet. It worked for the sink but not the smell from the toilet. I was polite to the staff since its the building issue. But I will not have paid 60£ per night for me to sleep in a stinky hostel.

I have checked the bedding, it smells too as if they haven't changed it, the towels were dirty and the pillow cases. It seems they haven't bought new ones from a decade ago.

If you are a light sleeper, super void, you can hear EVERYTHING. and the inconsiderate of others like my next door neighbour showing at 2am in the morning and the water is gushing out and it's very loud. Like other people said, people will talk loud regardless of the time and the locals outside.

There is a disgusting kitchen, communal, it clearly says in both languages to wash their things after use, but it's like a pig style. No order, no responsibility, no respect for others. Its literally disgusting.

The place is completely infested with bed bugs, avoid this place at all cost if you don't want to ruin your trip and spend a lot of money in washing your clothes and backpacks, plus medice expenses... There was a french guy in the room who was mesturvating not bothered if there was more people in the room, so I told front desk staff, they moved me in to a room that was empty, what they didn't tell me was that the room was empty because was infested with bedbugs, at 3 am in the morning my hands had several bites, I told the staff that are mostly volunteers, they move me to.other bed in the same room, I had more bedbug bites and I realized the where all over the place, pillow, bed, walls, everywhere!!! I went to reception again and they told me the only place available was the room with the French crazy guy, I didn't have other options so I went there. My clothes and bag had bedbugs already so I had more bites in my face, armas and back, I didn't sleep at all, next day I went to Morocco. Between medicine and cream and laundry I spent almost 70 euros. Avoid this horrible place, I hope it closes down for the good of travelers, they will not give me any of my money back, they should be responsible for all the pain I'm having now, they new that room was completely infested with bedbugs and put me there, they could tell me that there was no more room so I booked another hostel nearby. Ridiculous, complete negligence and lack of commonsense. Uploaded pictures of the French crazy guy and some of the dozens of bedbugs in the room. Really avoid losing money time and health, avoid...

No one should go there The main purpose of the hostel is to sleep in that place you can't sleep I stayed there for 2 nights from 20-2-2025 till 22-2-2025 When we checked in the reception gave us 2 bed the both was up When i talked to reception that one should be down she said fully booked The bed was dancing " for real " you just touch it the bed would move like if a car hit it I told the reception second day I said it's okay i understand you are fully booked at least fix it or make it stay still using tools He said "" I can't help you " because i have too many work I explained that i couldn't sleep last night He didn't even answer with words he just moved his face like this 😟 He was looking to me like i already told you i can't help you No one should ever go there cause you can't sleep and it's the purpose of the hostel Also the light for the roof is not working the stairs is steel and easy to miss the dark red one when you come from the roof in the night ( yes the stairs are coloured) The location is good Other wise it's big zero specially the reception both the guy & the girl I would never recommend it even if...
