Great place to find film and TV memorabilia, but it's not cheap and getting someone to help you with your queries is difficult even when they're not busy, I can't imagine at peak times how long the wait to be seen is...we waited approximately 20 minutes the last time, but I have waited similarly the previous times, and you feel like they are doing you a favour when they get round to answering basic questions about the products. Even paying is challenging if you are on the top floor, as I think there is 1 person to do everything, help customers, stack shelves, work the till... I guess that's why they aren't the friendliest bunch. The tills on the ground floor are quicker but not by much, as the last time I was paying there were 4 staff, yet only 1 taking payments. Good selection of products on offer, but the staff I encountered on the various times I've been, were unfriendly and more suited to working in a factory, far away from dealing with customers, because I didn't buy a phone there due to the attitude of the salesman, after waiting approximately 20 minutes, he finally came to answer my doubts, and as I said, gave the impression that he was doing me a favour and that I was an inconvenience. The first time I visited the store on 31 July, I had a good experience and was helped by a lovely member of staff. However, I experienced the polar opposite after I had to visit the store again on 1 August because the product I bought was not working as I expected. The rude members of staff I encountered showed poor customer service when I asked to return the product that wasn't working for me. If it wasn't for the lovely young lady who was also visiting the store and able to help translate what I was saying, it would have been a much worse experience. I've visited Valencia before and people are so lovely here, so it was very disappointing to experience this.
