Fun & Quads Adventure — Attraction in Valencia

A disaster! Do NOT book or pay anything online in advance! My booking for a Jet Ski was supposed to be a present... well, we arrived there in the morning on time (25 minutes before the planned start) to find out that our reservation (confirmed via e-mail) was not valid. The instructor was not there. And the employee on site was too busy discussing private matters with a friend of his, basically ignoring us. Very rude! Anyway, after some negociacions we were offered a spot at a later time and asked to fill out the contract online, using a QR code. Well, that did not work either. We tried on two phones, the registration page had errors all the time. More than that: an error on the registration page allowed us to see personal data of OTHER clients... No protection of client data whatsoever! This is scandalous, since you must enter very sensitive data in the system like your ID number, where you live, your phone number and so on. I'm probably going to file a complaint to the European Data Protection Supervisor, since this is a serious infringement of data protection laws. The whole story on site ended with the employee NOT wanting to refund the amount payed online. He said I should write an e-mail to whatever e-mail adres... Yeah, right. More than that, he wanted to mark in the system that "thr client did not show up" (in Spanish, of course - too bad I understand Spanish more than he thought). Well, he got the wrong person here, for this rudeness and lack of respect I am going to go as far as it is necessary to get my money back and to make sure that they take the client data...

A friend and I did a kayaking and snorkelling tour with Pablo as our guide today and I really can’t say anything else than how amazing it was. We were the only people on the tour, which already was super nice, but Pablo definitely made it even better. We started quite quickly, jumped into the kayaks to go to the spot where we went snorkelling and then we had tons of time to do exactly that before heading back again. Due to Pablo being so kind and the fact that we had so much time for everything, the trip was super relaxing and we really were able to enjoy every second of it, while completely unwinding from our daily lives. We would definitely recommend doing the kayaking tour or anything else with...

We were supposed to do some surf but the guy told us there were no waves and he said to us to take paddle boards but didn't gave any explanations. And he said we could do some surf with paddle boards but it's not posible. Moreover, one of the paddle board didn't have handles and we had to do 10 minutes walking by feet with our paddle boards and oars all alone. Furthermore, they were 20 minutes late. And maybe Valencia's beach is not THE beach to do surf because there aren't a lot of waves and too much people in the water (swimming). And don't do paddle without any information or rules because it's actually not as easy as we think😂....
