Arroceria Dos Lunas Puerto — Restaurant in Valencia

It has a lot of potential but sadly the staff is horrible. I tried to pay with my phone (15 euros) but I got locked out of the app. So the response of the staff was to confiscate my phone, make me wait for over an hour until they closed, not giving me the opportunity to try draw money without giving my phone back. Eventually when they were cleaning up there was one amazing staff member who actually tried to help me and I bizumed the 15euros so I could finally leave. The pupils of half of the staff membets were giant, we all know what that means and if I had my phone I would have called the police and half of them would be in jail. They were overall aggressive. Upon leaving one of the guys even threw a drink in my face. Honestly never been treated this badly in a bar / restaurant before. Yup, at this point this is really a 5-star place. Enjoyed a late lunch on the terrace. The white wine (Alma Mystica) was devine and the tuna with wasabi mayonnaise was cooked/grilled to perfection. Dessert was also great and the staff friendly and welcoming. We don't understand why people would crowd the restaurants along the boulevard and not walk a bit further to this place overlooking the canal from the marina. It probably looks more expensive than it is. Although not as cheap as a lot of fine places in this city, we didn't think it overpriced at all. The place is beautiful and the toilets are clean and also very nicely done up. If you're in the neighborhood run, don't walk, to enjoy this restaurant!

Ya hemos ido alguna que otra vez ... si eres de Valencia ya sabes a lo que vas y lo que te vas a gastar, eso es lo de menos ...pero el mal servicio es algo con lo que no puedo cuando llegas ha un restaurante y mas si funcionan con reservas es que entres y alguien primero te saluden y acontinuacion que te atiendan...pues no todo era pasar camareros con pinganillo y nada como si no estuviéramos ahí ya cuando llevamos como 5 minutos sin que nadie se acercará me arrimo ha la barra y pido 2 cervezas mientras esperábamos que nos dieran la mesa me las ponen y me dice la chica me la s tienes que pagar ya,y yo contesto en plan risas anda para eso si estáis rápidos pero para atendernos cuando entramos al local y darnos la mesa ...los camareros te miraban como si como perdonandote la vida como si tuvieras tu quedar gracias por estar en ese local... En fin nos sientan nos toman nota de la bebida y demás poca cosa porque habíamos cogido menú....la gente normalmente se queja de servicio lento bueno pues en nuestra caso fue lo contrario...nos querían fuera en menos de 2h...todo super rapido ....un chico nos fue a poner la paella en la mesa hicimos sitio y luego de repente nos pusieron platos con arroz emplatado....llega la hora del café...el viejo truco de la cafetera no va...vienen a decirnos que si somos tan amables de levantarnos que en compensación nos invitan ha una copa fuera en terraza,y miramos el reloj eran las 16,15....ya estábamos en la terraza y la reserva era a las 14,30...luego apesar de haber comido ahí y seguir consumiendo la chica se acerca y dice que luego las mesas solo son para coger botella que nos deja sentarnos pero que cuando venga las reservas de botella nos tenemos que levantar.Siempre hemos cogido botella pero la última vez ya nos quisieron hacer el lío hablamos un precio antes de ir y ya sentadas pretendían cobrarnos otro.Y ya para rematar si me estas cobran 5e por una cerveza que menos que este FRÍA...pues las Coca-Cola durante la comida tb calientes.No me gusto nada esta vez ni el trato ni...
