ZRI Adventures — Attraction in Colombo

We booked the snorkeling with turtles in Mirissa with ZRI adventures and it could have been a wonderful experience, but unfortunately the other group in the water kept touching and pushing the turtles the entire time. While we were still snorkeling, I told the guide we needed to do something about it, but he did nothing. I’m not sure if he didn’t understand me, as his English was poor, or if he simply chose to ignore it. Later, I complained to the event organizer, who told me that the other group had been informed during a briefing not to touch the turtles (though I have no idea what briefing they were referring to, as neither my girlfriend nor I received one). They also claimed the guide had warned the group in the water, but that is simply not true. I was there the whole time, and no warning...

I had the fortuitous opportunity to travel in a hot air balloon recently – the destination was Dambulla-Kandalama, Sri Lanka. ZRI arranged an excellent driver, Shaminda, who drove me from Negombo to Dambulla, a very early start, but so worth the experience with ZRI, truly magic in the air across the beautiful forestry and landscapes, a real adventure. I managed to get a 360°-view whilst watching the sunrise across the beautiful forestry, lakes and mountains. Our adventure was seamlessly coordinated. From start to finish we didn’t have to worry on our routes and we were guided swiftly.
