I spent 2 weeks at this hotel. Like the Hilton it has had a lot of mileage from all the guests staying there. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. I had to change rooms after 2 days because the WiFi speed was very bad in the room I was first given. After changing rooms the speed was acceptable and worked good for the remainder of the visit. I found it interesting that the towels were not Swedish style to hang up nicely. That was a disappointment for sure as that is a very convenient way to hang a towel and not waste space with towel bars. The room view was alright, it is not as nice as staying over in Slussen in my opinion. Hot water was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. Pillows were a bit soft. The gym has a good selection of cardio equipment and there are some weights. I found it a bit odd that there was no spray to wipe down the equipment after use. However there is a basket of fresh apples. I did not get free breakfast due to not having platinum status. When you check in you can buy the breakfast for the stay at a cheaper price than showing up and paying at that time. I was very disappointed with the scrambled eggs. They were not traditional creamy style like I would expect in Sweden. They were like the USA. Out of 14 days on 1 day had proper scrambled eggs. If you want a good breakfast the Hilton is much better. I’ve stayed over 45 nights at that hotel. Overall I would stay here again due to the convenience of the location being next to T-Central. Breakfast was a constant let down and I would not pay for this again.

My go-to hotel when I visit Stockholm. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with standard tea and coffee making facilities, large LCD TV, free WiFi, and AC (though it's sometimes not the greatest. Sadly, there is construction work going on outside, so a bit of noise during the day, but obviously this is temporary (as of November 2024). The Gym is reasinably good; quite a bit of equipment including cardio and weights, though there is only one upright exercise bike, and it is not really up to standard for my needs (if you're in the know, it tops out at 500 Watts maximum, so no good for any serious training, but my needs are, I guess, fairly niche!). Location is great - just a five minute walk from the central train station, so Airport -> Arlanda Express -> Hotel is really quick and efficient (and relatively cheap). Possibly the best feature of the Sheraton is the breakfast! There is a huge choice of really good food - a bit too good!! 🐷 Surprisingly good coffee from the machines (I recommend loading your cup with an espresso and a capucino for a decent morning kick!). Be warned, though, you may need to go on a diet when you get back home after staying a few nights B&B! 😁

We enjoyed our stay here but were expecting a bit more from a Sheraton. The hotel is definitely a bit dated but the location makes up for it. So close to everything that it's overall still worth staying. We had booked on points and tried using our upgrade award but was denied. That's fine the hotel was sold out but as a Platinum member using points we would have expected a welcome amenity but nothing. The only room they had was with 2 beds but we did get a great view. The room was on the smaller side but we did have enough room for our luggage so it was ok. The bathroom was pretty small especially the shower but it had good counter space. The club lounge on the main floor was pretty big but the decor and lighting was kinda sad. The food served was pretty good and they had a good selection of drinks. Guillermo there was great super friendly and quick. For the breakfast you have access to the main buffet which was fantastic. The gym was large and does have a sauna which was nice but no pool however. Overall we would stay again mainly due to the location being so good but definitely needs a bit of a reno.

It is NOT 5 star hotel. We were here for one night. First impression was terrible. Bad smell all around hotel. I’ll add pictures for what you get if you decide to stay here. From one side of hotel is construction work. From other side road and terrible noise. We took room with view- you will see on the picture actual view on road with permanent traffic. When we did check in- nobody help us with luggage. So we reloaded everything from our car, which we parked near entrance. Near entrance were not any sign that it is forbidden to stop nearby. So during checking we got fine 150 euro in just 5 minutes. Rooms are also bad cleaned and have not minibar. Breakfast was pure and place for breakfast was smell and dull. So mostly impression was - hotel is very old, need renovation and totally need to change management, because persons on reception was not polite and nice. So avoid this hotel. In Stockholm you can find much better for same price.

Conveniently located near Stockholm central station, Gamla Stan (Old Town) and many more attractions in a walking distance. My only complaint is the bathtub, is so narrow and you can’t really move around, also the bathroom floors weren’t heated like other hotels. But in general it was great stay.

Pretty solid Marriott hotel - friendly staff who are very accommodating. Location is perfect for visiting the old town. Rooms on the outside of hotel have some great views. Breakfast was ok, nothing special and pretty chaotic (wouldn’t pay extra for this)
