The food is great. Perfect for casual sushi dining. All the servers are very kind, except one woman. From the minute we sat down, she had the worst attitude when me and my three friends were nothing but polite. I genuinely don't understand why she was so rude. We were served by her outside so we wanted to change to indoors to avoid her. We asked her if we could go inside and she said "theres no tables" very coldly. Then my friend said we were told by the other waiter that there was a table available. She said, "ok go check then." In the most impolite manner. She has a long black ponytail. Service à la clientèle extrêmement médiocre de la part de la soi-disant patronne, inacceptable malgré les bons sushis. La recherche de solutions de la part du restaurant est de loin inacceptable. Je ne retournerai donc pas dans cet établissement et ne le recommanderai pas non plus. On ne devrait pas accepter et laisser passer un tel comportement de la part de la direction. Heureusement, le service d'assistance d'Ubereat m'a remboursé la facture.
Sehr peinlich. Man bekommt nicht das was man bestellt, obwohl man bezahlt hat über Uber Eats. Bei telefonischer Nachfrage wird man einfach abgewimmelt. Überaus mangelhafter Kundenservice seitens der sogenannten Chefin, nicht akzeptabel trotz des guten Sushi. Mit Abstand unzumutbar im Umgang der Lösungsfindung seitens des Restaurant. Ich werde dieses Etablissement daher nicht mehr besuchen und auch nicht empfehlen. So ein Verhalten seitens der Chefetage sollte man nicht akzeptieren und durchgehen lassen. Glücklicherweise ließ sich die Rechnung über Ubereats Support erstatten.
Very embarrassing. You don't get what you ordered, even though you paid via Uber Eats. If you ask on the phone, you are simply turned away. Very poor customer service on the part of the so-called boss, unacceptable despite the good sushi. Unacceptable by far in the way the restaurant dealt with finding a solution.
