非寵物友善! 對顧客的不尊重，極度令人失望的環境！ 我一直是BELLAVITA 的忠實顧客，過去這家 Café Kitsuné Cafe 曾是寵物友善，從寵物不落地可攜進室內，退步至只能在戶外座位區用餐。然而，這次卻突然被告知即使是戶外區域，也不再允許攜帶寵物。這種規定，極不合理。

根據店員的說法，這項過時、僵化、極偏見的政策來自百貨公司本身。當世界各地的高端品牌與米其林餐廳都在擁抱寵物友善文化時，Café Kitsuné 和 BELLAVITA 卻選擇倒退逆行，甚至在戶外空間也拒絕寵物。這種思維不僅過時，更與現代城市生活脫節。

這項政策不僅排斥寵物，更是在疏遠部份忠實顧客——視寵物為家人的消費者。如果 BELLAVITA 真正重視顧客，應該意識到這類型顧客同樣是高端市場的重要一員！ Be aware! 這裡極度寵物不友善！

Extremely Disappointed by the Store’s Bias Against Pet Owners I have been a loyal customer at BELLAVITA. In past, Café Kitsuné BELLAVITA, bringing pets with cart to the outdoor seating area is not an issue. However, I was suddenly told that pets are no longer allowed—even outdoors. This abrupt change is both frustrating and unreasonable.

It’s clear that BELLAVITA Dept. Store holds a serious bias against pets. According to the staff, this rigid and outdated policy comes directly from the department store. While luxury brands and top-tier restaurants worldwide are embracing pet-friendly policies, Café Kitsuné & BELLAVITA are moving backward, refusing to accommodate pets even in an outdoor space. This mindset is not only outdated but also disconnected from modern urban living.

This policy doesn’t just reject pets—it alienates loyal customers who consider them part of the family. If Café Kitsuné & BELLAVITA truly values its customers, it should recognize that pet owners are a significant part of the luxury market.

Only good for very high end shopping. But the weirdest thing is that if you go for brands like LV, Chanel, Dior etc. You got to go to somewhere else and that somewhere else is all around this said-to-be ultra luxury mall. For instance, the Mitsukoshi A4 has both Chanel and Dior and it's on the same sidewalk as it. Louis Vuitton is not far either, right in the shopping mall of 101.
