Razor Barber shop男仕理髮 — Attraction in Taipei

Had a great experience at Razor Barber Shop. With so many barbers and hair stylists in the area, it was hard to decide on where to go but the number of positive reviews for this place won me over and I decided to check it out. I want to preface this by saying that I’ve never gotten a good haircut in Taiwan, I can never find a spot that can do a fade properly. This place changed that and I’ll be returning every time I’m in Taiwan in the future.

I walked in with no appointment and they were able to take me right away, despite being busy. I showed my barber, Jaden, a picture of what I wanted and she was able to deliver the exact haircut with a perfect fade. The attention to detail was immaculate on the fade, and communication was no issue as I spoke in both English and Mandarin with her. She asked me multiple times if there were any adjustments that needed to be made, ensuring everything was to my satisfaction. Got two shampoos, a scalp massage, and an eyebrow trim at the end which was a nice tough. Pricing was very reasonable for the services.

Hands down probably one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten. I didn’t speak Mandarin so another barber had to help me translate what I wanted for my haircut. I showed my barber (one in the pic) a short five second video of my previous haircut and he went to work.

My head has a pretty unique shape and I’ve had barbers who spoke the same language in the states not get what I want the first, second, or even third time (I usually have to go home and fix my hair a bit).

This barber not only did everything I wanted but did it with little to no communication.

Honestly this could be the highlight of my trip in Taiwan 😂 because we guys know how important our hair is. Wish he was in the states because he would’ve easily been my new go-to barber.

Thank you MIGA for a great fade and cut, it is one of the nicest hair cuts I have ever had. Thank you for the amazing head masssage too and the styling and choice of hair cut with very minimal instruction . I asked for low fade and keep the top heavy and showed a picture reference . Got by with a few English words and I was constantly checked in on through the cut to check on the cut .

I paid 800 NT /$40aud and it included shampoo head massage and fade and detailed cut. Was able to walk in and get a hair cut immediately otherwise you can message on line .

I also had a new piercing and Miga was so delicate to avoid hitting it during the whole wash and the whole cut.

They cover you in towels and keep u dry through and after the wash. Felt super cosy and all this was done...
