Worst Karaoke/Noraebang/KTV experience I've had (been to many locations across Japan, US, and Korea). Went to this location with 2 friends and reserved a small room. When we came back for our time slot they tried to upgrade and make us pay for a large room and we had to spend time to get that settled with the staff. Then the song choosing system worked so poorly, (and they had so little popular song options) when we asked an employee to help us even they couldn't work it. Then, they tried to make us pay an extra fee because it was "prime hours". I know this is not totally unusual but they never disclosed this extra fee before we booked the room and tried to tack it on at the end. The worst part of this is even though we had to spend time getting our song system fixed and our bill adjusted, this was all during the time we had paid for. So of the hour we paid for, we spent less than 20 minutes actually being able to enjoy ourselves and singing. You'd think for all the trouble we might get some extra time added on at the end because so much had been wasted, but by the time the hour came up, we were so disheartened from our experience that...

Terrible experience. I brought my friends here for my birthday and we were told we would be having a rate of 1,600 total for the evening. It wasn't until we had left that we were told it was actually 1,700 per hour. Because we were not told to correct information, I simply asked for a slight reduction in our price, of which they refused. The staff was incredibly rude to us when we were simply asking them to understand our situation. I felt as though we were in a mafia situation and my friends felt extremely uncomfortable, even to the point of tears. Absolutely felt like we were taking advantage of for our nationality. Furthermore, for english singers, the song selection for english music is pretty terrible anyways and often times translated incorrectly. You would be best spending your evening...

Barely any song choices. Place is nice but if there’s no song, it is barely better than other KTVs.

Update: the In charge person came in and asked us for what songs we would like to have inside their app and they will go to discuss with the higher ups and with the original country of that song/singer. They also asked to charge us free for the meals instead. They also gave us a free jar of lemon tea. The service is nice. That’s pleasant. I’ll look for more updates in the app. What I hope is for them to have worldwide songs and singers so that other customers, not only me, can enjoy. Hope they can have constant updates and continuously trying to get more songs...
