雙十節去101分店購物，期間提供之前就在假期飾品購買的手鍊，希望店家協助清理，由一位叫做心媛的店員幫忙結帳和取下手鍊(沒有留個人資訊)。 結帳快結束的時候，有幾位客人邊跟心媛打招呼邊說道「…又壞了」等語，心媛熱情回應以後，就匆匆提醒我本次購買飾品應如何保養，轉身服務其他客人，我趕忙著應允。 回家以後才想起手鍊還留在店裡，隔天又回到101分店索取，店員問我說有留資料嗎?我回應沒有後，他們才開始翻找，不過都沒有找到，說要調監視器看看去向，過程中心媛雖有表示歉意，可是卻也提及雙十節當天店內客人多。在我聽來感受並不佳，更像是一個藉口，讓人不禁擔心往後是否只要人潮眾多，就須承擔物品遺失的風險? 調監視器花了三天，過程中我因為私人行程路過101分店，所以再度靠櫃追蹤尋找近況，店員回覆尚在尋找中，表示上下都翻找過了，櫃子下的地板也是，可都沒有尋獲，最後說「你不用再來了，這邊已經留下你的聯繫方式，有消息會通知」。雖然可以明白意思，可是聽著感受極糟，好像我很閒一樣，一直靠櫃了解，東西被丟的心情完全沒有被同理到。 總結，調監視器以後，依然沒有下文，我沒看到監視器畫面，只有獲得臉書小編的回應「經確認是人員疏失遺失」，所以賠償折價券2500元。小編態度很積極，對於提問都耐心回應，也會願意瞭解賠償的方案我可否接受，我很感恩。不過101分店店員的訓練真的有待加強，如果會有人潮眾多的情況，就應該更詳細規劃服務流程並確實執行，以及提供服務應完整，而不是被他人打擾後...

在看髮夾的時候就已經有一位親切的店員跟我說有三件八折的活動，所以我就知道了這個活動之後在櫃前挑選，但是最後怎麼挑選都只有兩個喜歡的款式，所以我當下就決定我只要買兩款就好了。拿了兩款髮夾到了櫃檯要結帳的時候，櫃檯的店員就再說了一次三件有八折要不要再拿一個？我說沒有關係我只要兩個就好了，然後她就擺出一個「你怎麼會覺得只要買兩個不買第三個」微微翻白眼的表情，接著拿出桌上的計算機算給我看買兩個跟買三個的價錢，再提醒了一次買三個比較划算，然後面無表情的看著我⋯⋯ Hello? I’m not an idiot我知道買三個折扣比較深but so...
