All those who write negative reviews because they could not buy a watch on the first visit, do not know the Rolex brand, do not know how it works in this business and how huge the demand is. Since I'm from abroad, I didn't have high expectations, in the past I've been to several Rolex stores either in person or contacted them by email, and somewhere they didn't even tell me the waiting times for the models and directly said that they only sell to domestic customers or that they don't even take orders for the model I wanted. So when I arrived for the first time I was surprised how pleasant and welcoming the staff was in this store. And despite the fact that I am only in Taiwan for a short time, the vice store manager Van Chang was willing to take my order and said that it is realistic to get the model. This alone was a very pleasant discovery. However, two weeks later I went round the shop again and wanted to update my contact details, with Tim looking after me. It was unbelievable to me that he immediately knew what model I was interested in and not only that there was no need to update the data, he brought me a brand new watch that was delivered to the store 15 minutes before. Tim was very professional, he knew how to adapt the payment method to my needs, he explained everything about the brand to me, he was even prepared for the fact that I didn't want to walk around the city with a rolex bag and he gave them another gift bag in which he packed everything. In the end, he escorted us through the entire shopping center and showed us where to apply for a tax refund. I must say that I have not encountered such an attitude anywhere in Europe, with today's Rolex sales system it is almost unrealistic to walk out of a watch store after a week of waiting. So I want to recommend this shop to all interested parties, that it is really stocked, they are willing to sell and have a professional approach without local...

I visited the Rolex boutique at Taipei 101 recently and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were courteous, professional, and attentive. Despite the store being busy, the team took the time to assist me with patience and genuine interest, never rushing me or making me feel uncomfortable.

The salesperson I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable about the different models and provided honest, helpful advice based on my preferences. I truly appreciated their respectful and welcoming attitude, which made the whole shopping experience pleasant and memorable.

I find it hard to believe some of the negative reviews here. In my experience, the staff at this boutique treated every customer—regardless of appearance or background—with the same level of respect and professionalism. That kind of consistency speaks volumes about their training and values.
