Bounce has always been a great place for condo life kids to burn off energy. Staff friendly and always very strict and on the ball when it comes to enforcing safety.
This visit unfortunately may be our last as staff completely disinterested in supervising the children and enforcing safe play. Multiple kids of all sizes jumping into the giant cushions one after another the whole session...shocked there were not injuries...serious concussions and worse just waiting to happen. Staff just standing there just staring into space.
Reported this to front desk and nothing was done despite confirming the safety proticol was one jumper at a time until clear. Rude, obnoxious staff too busy policing the ridiculous sock policy (bounce only - apparently they are safer!!) and completely neglecting the safety of their young customers.

For example, they charge more for walk-ins as opposed to booking online. I had a pair of socks from another trampoline park that where identical to the ones they sell, but because it wasn't their brand, they made me buy another pair for 85 baht. They also charge you extra to use their lockers, which is really lame. It's 10 baht/hour, but for some reason there is a minimum 40 baht requirement (who is staying here for 4 hours?) and the machine doesn't...
