Overall, the massage is good but the deducting point is there’s no foot washing before the massage, the masseurs merely use wet cloth to clean your feet. I wish this can improve as it’s the basic! The place is nicely renovated and kept. Receptionist Ms Pim and masseurs Ms Mam and Tar are very nice, polite and always put on smiling face! They are considerate to keep our drink and fruits which we brought to be put into the fridge and returned to us after the massage. That’s a good service! We have an hour back massage + 15 min back massage with herbal compress ball, also we have an hour Thai massage with herbal compress ball. It’s very relaxing and it heals our back and shoulder pain with the herbal compress ball. At the end of the massage, we are given the compress ball and to re-use it at home, this is very good as most massage shops don’t give it to the customer even thought we paid for the compress ball. Another disappointing part is we saw their website promotion advertisement which has a 14% discount from Tues to Thursday and we came on Thursday but after we arrived the shop, we are told that such promotion has ramped down so we are not able to enjoy, hope that the company marketing can revise the website so that the customers are no longer being mislead. Went back for the second time and things have changed so much compared to the first. This time I opted for a 90mins foot massage thinking I would get a more thorough service than the 60mins I tried last time, but ended up with same service as 60mins but in a super slow motion - dragging the whole experience for another 30mins longer. 50% of the time the masseuse was just "touching" without any pressure making the whole experience even more dreadful on top of the slow motion. I would have expected a top notch experience given that I'm paying 800 baht for 90mins foot massage but truth is, it's not that much of a difference from a normal 300 baht 60mins massage from any other massage place in the same alley, unless the cost difference is going into ambience and bigger sofa only. Before leaving the store, I have addressed the above to the counter staff but all she does is just nod and mention she will tell the masseuse - concerns are not address. I understand that not all masseuse perform the same but for the same incident that happen at another massage store across the road, they have requested me to leave contacts, investigate and later come back with compensation. Cuz if concerns are not address and there are multiple options out there with an even better price, why would someone come back and risk for a bad...

I visited this shop few days ago and had a fantastic experience with MAY(masseuse name). Of course I asked to her “may I took her photo”

I had good massage with only few shops!!! even visited bunch of shops over 6years.

When I say ‘good massage shop’ it means All staffs have average skills They understand people’s body Also have to know which part they do massage for heel customers They don’t use stick for push only 😳 Not moving their body for pretend they do their best 😹 (you could be know already what I’m saying 🤣🤣)

Anyway, when I met ‘MAY’ she knows where I hurt, which part I need massage. That’s why every touch was incredible to me. I asked to manager for complaints & MAY replied all staffs have good skills!! How humble she is!! 🤩 I recommend here more than health land or tourist spot of massage shops.

Only I wish owner keep well managing with their good staffs because I would like to visit often even not too close from my home. I didn’t trust much of google reviews recently but now I believe this shop’s reviews. Thanks for made me good...
