Read moreThese parking staffs are pretty rude and wasting our time twice. We live in Phuket and always shopping in Big C and Junceylon. But after they changed the motor bike parking to underground, everything went terrible. we understand they need to do some change on the parking since there are too many cars and motorbikes. But after the change, the staff want to charge me 200thb after we bought more than 1000thb in big c. We only parked there about 45 mins and have the receipt. The staff was very rude and shouted at me to go to the security and get a stamp. The second time I learned that I need to get the stamp for the parking card first. But still at the exit they stopped me and said the date is not correct and refuse to let us out. Ok, I show them all the stuff we just bought and the receipt. But still told us it’s not the date. This thing happened on 9th, June. And the date on receipt is also 9th, June. And the security for taking care of the stamp gave me the card without the stamp. They were rude and waste more than 30mins of our time and didn’t explain. We called the manager but no one came or tried to explain. The man in the photo didn’t explain anything but ask us to leave. When we refused to go and asked for a explaination of wasting 30mins of our time, this guy called two other guys and seems like they would beat me if I don’t leave. Since this is the second time they have issues on parking and the management team didn’t care, I need to post it so that everyone else can know about their behavior. It’s never about 20thb or 200thb, but about respect. We will also release to all media in our country and let them know if thai people want some ‘TIPS’, do it the...
