KFC Jungceylon — Restaurant in Patong

The woman at the cashier tried to rip us off. We usually decide in advance what we want and calculate the cost before we get to the counter. When we ordered, it came to 630, then agreed to up size one of the fries for an extra 20. It now came to 980. After saying that is wrong, she told us to look at the price of each item and calculate and she insisted that she was right. So we made her erase everything and try again. Now it was 650.

There is no original colonel recipe or colonel burger. We ordered a sanders burger which said it is original recipe, but received a junior size crunchy spicy burger.

Soda fountain had no carbonation and no ice. Sodas were also watered down heavily.

I love KFC. It provides me with hearty meal when I cant eat local food or just had enough of it. I know what to expect when I visit KFC, such as the menu, taste and flavor, uniform for employees,service duration, and so on. But this KFC is not what i expected in terms of speed, staff, and cleaness. This place is disorganized, very slow, and a playground for staff, especially the ones at the cashier side. 1 of the things that annoyed me was when they were chatting with each other and mocking an older worker there. They should have spent their focus on completing the order, so customers do not have to wait longer than usually accepted time frame. Other KFCs in Thailand are good and...

Extremely rude lady serving us. Accused us of taking cups for our drinks, when she had not given us any in the first place. This is basically negligence and basic procedure when you take an order. We had to plead with her co-worker to get our 4 cups for our drinks that come with our sukjai bucket. She is the rudest staff we have ever met at KFC. Also what a stupid bucket menu... you get 4 drinks but 1 regular fries to share with a party bucket? I have never seen a KFC give 1 fries to a party bucket? How do you expect a party to eat 1 portion of fries between at least 4 people?
