Nok Guay Jub & Khao Soi Noodle — Attraction in San Chao Pho Suea Subdistrict

This is my favorite restaurant for its food quality, its tidiness, cleanliness, and the owners' courtesy. I was happy I came across this lovely place.

The dish was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich with a deep coconut flavor. The addition of pineapple and a squeeze of lime gave a tangy, slightly sour note. The noodles were perfectly cooked, chewy. The side dish was crispy noodles to add on top of the bowl. What I also liked was that it wasn't too salty, like some Thai dishes I'd previously had.

Passing by in the late morning. The noodle soup with pork, blood, tofu, and chicken feet is mind blowing, and it cost only 40baht. As a Chinese from the Shanghai region, this is the best of the kind that I had in the past few days. The chicken feet are so tender that it automatically decompose in your mouth.
