Baskin Robbins — Attraction in Dubai

The lady at the counter was probably new to the job and had no idea how to use the billing system. She was calling someone to check while we were here and she was trying to figure out how to apply the entertainer. I have been a regular BR customer and this experience was such a waste of time. Also she refused to add toppings since she said it doesn’t come with entertainer. Again this was wrong and I did not want to argue with her and hence gave up! I’ve been coming to this baskin Robbins for years and tonight when I went I asked for pralines n cream he put chocolate ice cream by mistake then when I asked him to change the cup he got angry and told me to pay extra I told him but I didn’t ask for chocolate ice cream and he told me that is the rule. After that I told him is there offer today? He told me yes don’t u know that? VERY DISRESPECTFUL!! Horrible...
