The salon itself is beautifully decorated and very clean, with a peaceful atmosphere that immediately put me in a relaxed state of mind.

Esmira was my esthetician for the facial, and she was simply amazing. She was very knowledgeable about skin care and took the time to understand my concerns and goals for the session. She explained every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout.

I am absolutely appalled by the horrendous service at this so-called nail salon. I got a gel manicure, expecting it to last at least a couple of weeks. Instead, it started chipping off and looked absolutely dreadful just TWO DAYS after I had it done. When I went back to complain, they had the audacity to blame ME, saying I "smudged it myself." Seriously?! If the gel was applied correctly, there is no way this would happen.

To make matters worse, their customer service is downright disgusting. Instead of apologizing and fixing the issue, they told me that "this salon is probably not for you." Well, they got that right! This place is a joke, and their front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. This salon does not deserve...
