WORST EXPERIENCE AND TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE !!!!!

I’ve sent them this:

Hello , I would really like to say my experience with the 2 last visits I’ve had at the salon.

On 13/01 I went for a haircut, change of chair color, lashes and nails .

On 03/02 I went back to the salon to do my nails again.

About the service of the 13th January, my hair is orange already and they said I need a toned (A TONER AFTER 3weeks?!?) this is nonsense as I’ve always had my hair bleached and even more bleached than now .

With the eyelash extensions service I always had long lashes but I wanted volume , now I have an empty space in my left eyelid !!! I’m doing treatment to recover my eyelashes.

If this was not enough, no one explained me that I had to pay extra for a treatment (I don’t remember the name it was something Gold) and they just put all that treatment in my hair without even asking me if I was ok to pay that. My surprise was that I’ve ended up paying more than 1.5k aed instead of the 1k I was expected to pay for all the services. As I am a reasonable person, and I don’t want to fight or blame someone, I just paid quietly expecting for this situation don’t happen again.

My surprise was on 3 February when I went for a full class Manicure service now I have three infected nails that are not recovering yet and it’s painful .

I am Surprise for the lack of customer service that you have even knowing that I’ve been going to your branch for more than a year every three weeks and always paying without any complain and now I see myself with an orange hair without eyelashes and with three infected nails.

The first thing I want to say is that I’m not thinking about coming back to your salon for you to fix what you have done before what I’m asking is for this to escalate to your higher management and get a refund for the services badly provided .

I have used this salon many times for mani-pedis but after my service yesterday combined with how they have dealt with their poor service, I will not be using them again.

Yesterday I had a gel mani-pedi but my manicure service was terrible, the application was uneven with bobbly coats and uneven lines and, I had to go back and forth with the manicurist as she had made half of the nails round and the other half square round as well as not treating my cuticles at all.

At the end of the service I explained to the receptionist the poor service and she agreed with the quality taking pictures for their reference.

They offered to re-do the service then but, I had another commitment and didn’t want to spend an additional hour of my time in any case.

I rescheduled for the following day but subsequently decided I was too busy to spend and additional hour to have them fixed that week.

I asked them over WA to discount my next service ( I paid in full for this bad job) and their response was ‘we don’t offer discount’.

I explained that I didn’t have the time to spend and extra hour and in all honesty shouldn’t have been charged fully for the sup-par service in any case and asked that a manager call me to rectify this.

The response I received was ‘ you can get this redone within 5 days’.

I would suggest you spend your money at a salon that gets it right the first time or values your time enough to compensate you...

Chose to come here because of all the good reviews about Amy but I wish I didn’t! I wanted a neutral brown and ended up with a very warm, almost orange, UNEVEN brown. My hair is a whole different color on one side because that’s the side the assistant was bleaching while Amy did the other. Amy did tell me the color I wanted may or may not be achievable depending on how my black hair lifted but it actually lifted great to a blonde with no warm tones since I hadn’t dyed my hair in over 4 years. However, she then proceeded to put a dark toner to make my hair darker prior to putting the color which I was confused why she did. Pretty sure she did it by mistake and refused to take accountability for it. Amy might be good at making blonde hair blonder but I would not recommend her if you have brown or black hair!! I also agree with the reviews that say there are a lot of hidden costs because my all over bleach, color & blowout ended up being over $700 USD/ 2625 AED because they “had to charge for the extra bowls of bleach/color.” I attached pictures of what I wanted and what I got. It looks even worse...
