It was our first time at Rotana Towers, and I couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay there. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was truly heartwarming; the entire team went out of their way to show us around and offer advice on the hidden gems of Dubai. They treated us like royalty, responding to our needs immediately. Every time they saw us, they asked how we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything they could assist us with. The rooms were clean, spacious, and boasted a lovely view. A big thank you to the entire team! By the end of our first day, it felt like we had been accepted as part of the family. Ali Raze, Zakir Ali, and Omar were always at the gym, waiting for me with smiles. Ali shared valuable insights about the human body and mind, while Zakir ensured our comfort by the pool, making sure nothing was missing. Omar and I quickly became friends, enjoying inspiring conversations. At breakfast, Ade, the marathon runner, greeted us with a unique positive aura and made sure everything was perfect. Ahmed, Abdullah, Mahmoud, Mohammed, and Reda welcomed us warmly upon our return from exploring Dubai, checking if our room was satisfactory and if we needed water, coffee, or tea. They also taught me some Arabic phrases, always leaving us with a good feeling. I looked forward to seeing the team each morning and evening; entering the lobby felt like coming home, filled with warmth and light. During dinner, Phoo remembered our favorite drinks and always made sure I had honey for my tea. Her smile felt like the sun rising again. Chef Achraf Admi personally checked in to see if we enjoyed our meals and if we needed anything extra. On some occasions, while dining outside, I mentioned to my family that the experience wasn’t the same without the team’s presence. When we returned for dinner, entering the dining room felt like a scene from “Hotel Zack & Cody,” where the whole hotel team welcomed us like family, brightening our day. Hearing them say, “I was wondering where you were; we already started to miss you,” truly melted my heart. Overall, I highly recommend staying here; it’s filled with people who are warm and caring. The hardest part for me was saying goodbye. I am incredibly thankful to the entire team for treating us with such kindness and for accepting us as their guests and family. I will miss you all and wish you the best for the future! Thank you, my Habibis.

We have just finished a 2week holiday to dubai and stayed at the Towers Rotana. First, the weather was perfect as you would expect. The hotel staff, across the board, were courteous, polite and couldn't do enough to ensure our comfort during our stay. Our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard and I cannot thank the cleaning staff enough for the work they undertook. The reception staff are all very welcoming and go above and beyond in answering any questions you may have or help to organise any thing you may need/want. When we arrived, our flight had been delayed but, despite the time (well after midnight), the reception staff ensured a hot meal and drinks were brought to our room - very impressive. Water, tea, and coffee supplied are replenished daily and if that doesn't meet your needs there are a considerable number of 24/7 cafes a stone's throw in either direction. We booked all inclusive and the staff at Flavours (floor 2) and the rooftop Elevate were incredible. We also booked at Teatro (floor 3) which was the only flaw in otherwise excellent staff service throughout. Perhaps we just caught them on a bad day but it was unfortunate as that was a dinner to celebrate a birthday. Birthday celebrations were however saved by the incredible service and attention at Elevate, so much so that we ensured we went back to them 10 days later to celebrate our anniversary. It should also be mentioned that the hotel pool is located in the same area as Elevate and staffed by the same members. The staff maintain the pool area really well ensuring empty glasses/cans etc are collected quickly. You can also book lunch at Elevate to eat by the pool or at a table. This is not included in the inclusive element of your meals, but we did this several times due to the quality of food and service. In addition, the costs was more than reasonable and when weighed against having to dress to attend the hotel restaurant my desire to want to remain in close proximity to the pool won. Location of the hotel is very central for ease of access of public transport. I have to admit, we experienced temperatures of 37-40 degrees which with the humidity felt like 45 degrees. I only mention this as trying to walk anywhere in that heat for any period of time turned me into a character from the Exorcist and is not recommended.

Booked a family room for 4. I am quite accustomed to having a Travel Lodge type establishment having 2 temporary beds put in a double room , but not in a 4 star all-inclusive hotel. At the very least, a purpose built room for 4, with a sofa bed, but not having 2 camp beds carted into the room at 2.15 am. We were upgraded to a suite , which, in fairness, is very nice , but a suite for 2 people. A bedroom with a king-sized bed with a separate lounge with a table ,chairs, and a sofa. After moving the table and chairs into the bedroom to make room for the campbeds, there is still an issue with no bedside tables or lights. Unable to unpack suitcases as there is no storage room , and my feet hang off the end off the camp bed ! It's not great for a 9 night stay. When we complained to the front desk, we were shown the original family room we had booked . Once again, just a room clearly for 2 people, comprising of a double bed and a corner sofa, without the extra 2 required beds , but this time, open plan. We were told, again, that 2 more beds would be supplied, so we stuck with the suite we were given, so at least we had a separate room each. Now sat by the pool on our first morning, we discovered the bridge to the pool from the main hotel is closed, so you have to exit the hotel and walk through the carpark to get to it. It's not ideal with kids. The bar has no beer available, and the iced coffees that the kids want are not part of the all-inclusive package, which now appears to be very limited. To add insult, there are bottles of Budweiser in the fridge and draught beer being served. Just the cans used for the all-inclusive deal are in short supply ! I would not recommend this hotel for any families or anyone expecting a typical all-inclusive holiday . Ultimately, you get what you pay for , however, this was not a cheap holiday, and I am also very disappointed with Love Holidays who sold us this package for a family of 4 , without the clarity of the room situation.

I booked my stay during Dubai for my birthday period with this hotel. Upon arrival me and my friend was met by the hotel workers Abdallah and Reda who were ever so professional, informative and displayed good mannerism. Due to disruption caused by flight delay this resulted in late arrival into Dubai and checking in. Abdallah and Reda showed empathy towards the stressful journey we endured. As this was a late check in it meant we had missed the meal periods however, Abdallah and Reda kindly arranged for complimentary meal room service to be brought to us which was very thoughtful of them. The customer service received by Abdallah and Reda should really and truly be recognised and being a first time customer at towers rotana hotel, just due to the welcome received this will make me want to come back again. Abdallah and Reda acknowledged it was my birthday and kindly made arrangements for a complimentary cake to be brought to my room. Overall in the few minutes of arriving at towers rotana hotel I will give a full 100/10 rating all thanks to Abdallah and Reda excellent customer service which deserves a full recognition.

Disappointing Stay - Avoid If Possible Our recent stay at Towers Rotana was incredibly underwhelming. From the moment we arrived, we felt harassed by staff constantly pestering us for reviews while we were trying to relax by the pool. The room itself fell short of the luxurious standards advertised on the hotel website. It was far from what we expected. The noise levels were a major issue. The thin walls meant we could hear every conversation from the neighboring rooms, making it impossible to relax or sleep peacefully. To make matters worse, we experienced a domestic disturbance in the adjoining room. We could hear loud arguments, followed by the sound of objects being thrown around. This created a frightening and uncomfortable atmosphere. To top it off, the entire hotel reeked of stale smoke. Apparently, it's a smoking hotel, a fact we were completely unaware of during the booking process. Overall, our experience at Towers Rotana was highly disappointing. We would strongly advise against staying here.

I had a fantastic experience at Rotana Hotel. The hospitality was truly outstanding, with a warm and professional welcome from the staff. A special thanks to Abdallah, who was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional—he made sure we got the perfect room. The hotel was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Plus, the location is perfect, right next to the metro, making it easy to get around. The staff is so thoughtful .. as I mentioned that my daughter was here when she was nine months old and now we are returning back because she celebrated her 11 year birthday last month. They put a cake and some fruits for her and this is so sweet nowadays you can’t even see that in other hotel. I highly recommend this hotel 100%!
