My recent stay at the Marriott in Dubai was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredible team that went above and beyond to make our experience truly memorable.
First and foremost, the chef deserves a huge round of applause. Every dish we had was perfectly crafted—beautifully presented, rich in flavor, and clearly made with care and passion. It’s rare to find such consistency across multiple meals, and it genuinely elevated our stay.
A special shoutout goes to Carlson, our server, who delivered impeccable service with a warm, professional attitude. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and ability to anticipate our needs made every dining experience seamless and enjoyable. Carlson is the kind of person who turns a good meal into a great memory.
We also want to recognize Kate, the manager, who ensured everything ran smoothly and personally checked in on us to make sure we were happy with the service. Her leadership is clearly reflected in the team’s performance, and her welcoming presence made us feel truly valued as guests.
From start to finish, we felt genuinely cared for. If you’re visiting Dubai and looking for a hotel that offers luxury, exceptional hospitality, and unforgettable service, the Marriott is the place to go.
Highly recommended! Will...

Read morePubliq Bistro is a cozy European-style spot where every detail feels thoughtfully crafted. We visited for their Alpine Harvest three-course menu and were impressed from start to finish. The meal began with freshly baked bread served with creamy butter and a garlicky tomato emulsion that was so good we ordered it twice.
For starters, we had the Barley Soup with Crispy Bacon smoky, hearty, and layered with flavor and the Roasted Potato with Ham, onions, sauerkraut, served with a fried egg, perfectly balanced and comforting. For mains, I had the salmon, crisp on the outside and buttery inside with tender vegetables, while my husband enjoyed the melt-in-the-mouth Veal in White Wine Mushroom Sauce with a rich, perfectly balanced sauce.
Dessert was a flawless Viennese Apple Strudel with vanilla ice cream, light, crisp, and warmly spiced. Service was attentive yet unobtrusive, and the ambience exuded a warm, inviting bistro charm.
I highly recommend Publiq Bistro for anyone looking for a refined yet cozy dining experience 💛 every course tells a story, and it’s clear the kitchen cooks with care, confidence, and respect for its...
