Vonder Dubai | Furnished Apartments — Attraction in Dubai

rented an apartment for 3 months through Airbnb. but wanted directly through this company. We tried to get through to the manager David, he does not answer calls and SMS. all correspondence with him is. Only after I posted the review, he responded and asked me to delete it. I agreed and hoped if we removed this review, he will do his job well and we will not have problems. I read the reviews, I saw that there is no coffee machine in the apartment, although we rented it for 3 months. I asked to buy it for us, he promised that he would do it. she was not there when she moved in. the apartment was very dirty about which I wrote and sent a video. op replied that it can not be washed. I took detergents and washed it myself, also sending it to him. I was not even offered to re-call the cleaning. During the night we had water leaking from the ceiling from the toilet. we spent a whole day to solve this issue. no one apologized, offered nothing for our inconvenience. the only thing I asked for 5 times was a coffee machine. Needed to crash at City Walk again recently, and with only 24 hours to spare, I hit up David, the representative who helped me out last time. He was super quick to let me know what they had free and got me checked in the next day.

It was kinda new for me to book a place without seeing pics or checking out reviews first, but I had such a great experience with Vonder and David before, I just went for it. And guess what? It was awesome again.

I have been residing in City Walk, Apartment No. 204, Building No. 15, Al Wasl, Dubai and I must say that my experience has been very good. The apartment service provided by Mr. David has been exceptional. He has taken good care of all the services and has been very helpful throughout my stay.

The apartment itself is very spacious and well-maintained. The location is perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions in Dubai. The building is also very secure, with 24-hour security and CCTV cameras.
