DO NOT use City Sightseeing! I went with them because it said the buses came every 15 minutes. THEY DO NOT! Toot Bus has buses said every half hour and 6 of their buses passed us when not one City Sightseeing bus ever did! NOT ONE! After waiting more than 35 minutes and not one bus passing us at their designated stop in the most popular part of town, we saw a different city sightseeing bus about 3 blocks away. We ran over to that one and the driver said the line he was on was for the "skyline view" and we could go on that one and would be dropped off in a different part of the city. The skyline view had literally one spot where you could see the city and it was for about 10 seconds. The rest of the time it was trees and all residences and businesses. There was nothing to see! After being dropped back off in a different part of town which was quieter, we waited over 45 minutes for the bus that was supposed to come every 15 and decided to leave since we had plans in an hour. Again, we were at their designated stop and even confirmed with the driver that we were in the right spot. I contacted Viator who I booked through and after 2 weeks of messages this company had the nerve to offer a refund of $9.40. FOR WHAT? We never even got to do the city tour???? If you're in Bath go with the Toot bus because at least you'll be able to take the tour. This company is a complete joke! Don't get scammed like we did. Ill be disputing this charge with my credit...

We decided on a bus tour after our own walking tour and it was worth it. The first bus driver we met was extremely helpful and told us that each tour was approximately 45 to 50 mins and we could only pay by card and he recommended 2 trips, ie the Skyline tour and the City Tour. We paid by card, for 2 adults and our dog and it came to £38 for the 3 of us on 2 hop.on hop.off tours. We were given ear phones and a map and we were ready to go. We did the Skyline tour first which took us outside Bath to Claverton Down and the American Museum, etc and the second was a City tour, which took us to all sites within Bath including the Crescent, the Circus, near the Roman baths, etc. It was excellent value for money and I would...

We'd rate the city tour as one of the best city tours we've done. We weren't impressed with the Skyline tour but it's included in the ticket price. Sitting on the top deck we were warned about the trees and overhanging branches we encountered during this out of city tour. We seemed to be be past places of interest before they were mentioned in the commentary. A pity the bus can't make a brief stop at a high point for taking photos across the city The drivers and other staff on both tours were great and very helpful. The recorded commentary was excellent, informative and very clear (compared with some we've experienced) Bath is a lovely place to visit....

Bath is extremely beautiful and charming with lots of remarkable landmarks. It's a city I told my husband we should plan to stay during Christmas in the near future after our visit. The information centre is really helpful & informative and the staff was friendly & welcoming. They used their booklet to mark all of their recommendations with a detailed explanation. We enjoyed our time in Bath.

An amazing way to see the city which also allows you 24 hours of transport throughout. Enjoy the freedom of hoping off whenever you want to. I recommend grabbing a pair of their free earphones and listening to the audio tour as you travel (keep them they come in handy when you do not have a hands free audio tour at other venues ie Roman bath tour)
