Always clean and well lit car park. And appreciate that this issue may only impact us, but since the car park switched over to a new camera system it will not read our number plate. It allows us in, but it's only when you come to pay you're told your car is not in the car park!

Good luck at that point trying to work out how to pay and exit. It's been 'fun' on two occasions now. You can try the voice contact system which is a bit hit and miss, and if you send an email it's a 48 hour turnaround time! Not great when you're sat in your 'ghost car' stuck in the basement car park.

The system used to work really well and you wonder why it was changed. It's a shame that pay-by-app has been removed also, probably due to the cost to British Land. It means if you're a regular user of the car park you'll spend a lot of time in a pay machine line.
