"This morning, we entered the restaurant and approached the person in charge or the host who greeted us at the door. He was of average height with gray hair, and appeared to be in his late fifties or early sixties. I asked him about breakfast options, and he sarcastically replied, 'Didn't you see the menu right in front of you in the middle of the door when you entered? Just wipe it and it will appear.' Despite being shocked by his tone, I smiled and apologized. He quickly handed me the menu sheet, and I glanced at it and got my family's approval, then I said, 'Alright.'

Once again, he smiled mockingly and said, 'What do you mean by alright?' I was puzzled by his behavior, especially since we were the only ones in the restaurant at that time. I smiled politely and said, 'I mean that we will sit here for breakfast.' He forcefully took the sheet from me and went to a table in the corner, gesturing for us to sit there.

Then he directed us to a table which in the corner , At that moment, I looked at my family of four, including my children, and asked them, 'What do you think of sitting here?' They agreed, and then I also looked at him and politely said, 'Thank you, we will sit here.' He responded with a sarcastic smile filled with mockery and annoyance that He had chosen the suitable table for us from the beginning and he knew his job then he became angry just because I asked my family if they liked the table's location."

Which chocked me,He seemed annoyed and disrespectful to us.then I told him, 'I asked my family, what's wrong with that?' Furthermore, I wouldn't have changed our tables without your permission , of course, because you were standing in front of us.

He replied in a sarcastic manner and an inappropriate smile, 'Why don't you take the key instead of me and start welcoming people and guiding them to their tables?' And he raised the key in my face in a disrespectful way. I told him, 'I think you're in a bad mood today. I don't know what's been happening with you from the beginning.'

Then we left. After that, I asked my family to leave the restaurant after the had already sitting and looked at him and said, 'Thank you and goodbye.' He responded with (ok ).' I don't know if he is an employee, but his unwelcoming behavior in the morning and complete lack of manners were unacceptable. We were the only customers in the restaurant, so why this attitude?

If he is the owner as he claimed, then you deserve less than one star, unfortunately. I do not recommend this restaurant at all due to the lack of courtesy and the repulsive treatment...

Absolutely disgusted about the policy of this establishment. I visited in January and unfortunately left a pair of designer glasses behind . I called and it was confirmed that my glasses were there and that Ruth needed to speak to The Manager to see what their process was . After chasing a response several times , each time informed the glasses were there. The Manager then advised they are were no longer there. They were by the desk but aren't now. No apology, no compassion just complete sarcasm. Such a disappointment especially In these times. So it would be appear someone has a new pair of glasses . What a lovely way to deal with your customers. Yes I was careless to leave them there but when you're informed they have them on several occasions and then to be told they're gone is absolutely disgraceful.

CUSTOMERS BE WARNED ... DONT LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND AS YOURE NEVER GONNA ACTUALLY GET THEM BACK

UPDATE I received a call from The Manager to inform me the Glasses have now been found. He was far more friendlier than when I spoke with him on the previous call. If only he had shown more empathy on the previous call and showed a touch of compassion I may not have needed to write the review. Likewise if Ruth had not then suggested the glasses may not have been mine and claimed I had not been told they were always there, I may have again not placed a review.

Moral of the story. Treat customers with Respect. Speak to Customers with Respect. A little bit of Compassion and Empathy go a long way. My glasses have now been posted to...

We had chicken shawarma, sheish tawuk, flafel. Firstly, for the chicken shawarma, it was burned and it was a very small amount of chicken mixed with a huge amount of red cabbage and some chickpeas and a small spoonful of rice. As it was mixed together, I could not tell the components of the dish apart and it did not smell like shawarma at all. I believe from what I seen in the dish (I may be mistaken) that the chicken shawarma was not from a real chicken shawarma rotisserie and instead pieces of sheish tawuk chopped up and reheated until burnt I would have preferred to leave it for sheish tawuk if i knew the shawarma was going to be prepared like this. As for the flafel dish, it was also a lot of red cabbage, a spoon of rice and mixed with humous (similar to shawarma) and 2 pieces of flafel but chopped up to make it seem like a lot. From the taste, it felt like it had been cooked from frozen and it doesn’t smell like flafel at all. Sheish tawuk, 4 pieces of chicken but burnt and dry. The drinks we ordered - homemade lemonade in different flavours such as pomegranate as they said were clearly made from diluted syrup and not good at all. The only good thing would be the starters. The babaghnoug and the batta harra were very delicious and I wish I had only ordered starters. All of my family believe that this food is not Lebanese or Mediterranean at all as they claimed in their menu. In conclusion, I would say the menu provided a deceptive description of food they actually provided.

Certainly! Here's a more polished and professional version of your review: "Undoubtedly one of the finest experiences with Middle Eastern and Lebanese cuisine. I ordered the Meza Veg and Mixed Grill, and as someone who has spent over a decade in the Middle East, sampling countless varieties of the region's food, I can confidently say the dishes were exceptional. The meat was succulent and tender, cooked to perfection. The ambience was stunning, creating an atmosphere that truly elevated the dining experience. However, the service initially fell short of expectations. Upon being served water infused with mint, I discovered insects in the glass. This unsettling incident nearly prompted me to leave, and the waiter's indifferent response—replacing the water without an apology—was disappointing. Thankfully, a lady and another gentleman later stepped in, offering warm and welcoming service that helped turn the situation around. The food itself is beyond reproach—if I could, I would rate it a perfect 10/10. However, I must emphasize the importance of maintaining cleanliness, which is why I am giving an overall rating of 3 stars. With such incredible food, attention to cleanliness and service would make this restaurant truly outstanding."
