One of the best pub we have ever been in Uk for the following reasons: -The atmosphere is welcoming as the place is spacious, there are a lot of seat choice (high chairs and couches) and good music is on. -They seems to be truly on a eco-friendly mission as they are proud to be have a positive impact on the planet by stating their carbon emission neutrality/negativity with a big screen that explains the process. Half of the menu is PLANT BASED (which is delicious, generous in portion and even artistic I must say!), all the utensils used to serve food are made of metal or glass and all the drinks comes in glass bottles. I have seen almost no plastic in this place. -The toilets were very clean -The team was kind and helpful all the time We really enjoyed. Anyway I care to let you know that you might consider it a bit expensive, but since the style and quality of the food is amazing I think you pay for what you get. Oh and they don't have straws if this is important to you. Hope you will enjoy as we did!

Came for wings Wednesday after seeing them on beard meets food so we were really pumped. All ended in disappointment really! First tray of wings were all great sizes and tasty, after that every tray was just worse and worse in terms of the food size and quality. What I couldn’t work out was the salt, it was like every tray that came just got saltier and saltier. I feel played and scammed to be honest. Other than that the place was buzzing with a great atmosphere. Beers were top, tried several. Service was mediocre verging on poor, only 2 staff on the whole floor which mean we had to wait ages for beers and wing re ups. When there was a quiet moment the staff were eating behind the bar or texting on phones. Nice to watch them eat wings with their hands then serve beers with the same hands. Did win a free desert after playing rock paper scissors with the staff although he moaned and had to check he could give it to me (despite the menu and stated rules). Might come back but it won’t be for a while.

I had an excellent experience at BrewDog Bath on 28 June 2025, thanks to the outstanding customer service from Pranay. This was my second visit to here, and once again, it did not disappoint. I’m a 100% big fan of BrewDog, and the Bath team continues to impress. Pranay was incredibly friendly, proactive, and helpful throughout my visit. His warm approach and attentiveness really made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s great to see such passion and customer care :) Highly recommend this location for both the great brews and the amazing team.

If you're a beer enthusiast seeking an unforgettable experience in Bath, look no further than BrewDog! I recently visited this gem of a brewery and had an absolutely fantastic time. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, amplified by the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Speaking of the staff, I must give a special shout-out to Nicole, one of the standout team members at BrewDog Bath. Nicole went above and beyond to ensure my visit was memorable. Her enthusiasm for craft beer was infectious, and she expertly guided me through their impressive selection of brews, offering valuable recommendations tailored to my taste preferences. Her passion and expertise truly elevated my visit to BrewDog.

Now, let's talk about the beer itself. The variety and quality of brews at BrewDog are unparalleled. They have an extensive menu that caters to every palate, from hoppy IPAs to rich stouts and everything in between. Each beer I tried was crafted with precision, bursting with unique flavors and aromas. I particularly enjoyed their innovative small-batch releases, which showcased the brewery's commitment to pushing boundaries and exploring new horizons in brewing.

The ambiance of BrewDog Bath is trendy yet comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a pint. The interior is stylishly designed, with an industrial-chic vibe that adds to the overall appeal. The seating options are well-spaced, allowing for intimate conversations or larger group gatherings.

Another highlight was the exceptional customer service. The staff members were attentive, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or recommendations. It was evident that they take immense pride in their craft and genuinely care about their patrons' satisfaction.

In addition to their outstanding beer offerings, BrewDog Bath hosts a range of events and activities, creating a vibrant community hub for beer lovers in the area. Whether you're a seasoned beer connoisseur or just beginning your journey into the world of craft brews, BrewDog Bath is the ideal destination to expand your horizons and connect with like-minded individuals.

I highly recommend BrewDog Bath to anyone looking for an exceptional beer experience in Bath. With its superb brews, stylish ambiance, and the incredible customer service provided by staff members like Nicole, this brewery has set the bar high for beer enthusiasts. Prepare to be amazed by the flavors, the warmth of the staff, and the overall unforgettable experience that awaits you at...

I booked a table months in advance for my partners birthday family celebration before the rugby as Brewdog is one of his favourite restaurants, hence why he has been an equity of punks member since Feb 2021.

I was told it would be a 40 minute wait on food upon ordering which was perfectly fine as we had a allowed 90 minutes. Over an hour later we still had no food and so I flagged this to the kitchen politely and was very frankly told ‘everyone arrived at the same time, it's going to be at least 15 minutes more’.

Fifteen minutes later and still no food. Rubbing salt in the wound even more were the kitchen staff I could actually see joking and messing around in no rush at all! We asked to get the food boxed up so we could take on the go but were once again told this would take 15 minutes!

Unfortunately, we now how had to head to the rugby and cancel the order. We received no apology and were simply told, it is what it is! We headed to the rugby on empty stomachs and it really did put a total dampener on the birthday celebration.

Overall, this has totally tainted our view of BrewDog and ended up with a very sad ordinarily loyal birthday boy. Bath Rugby dates are set months in advance- your kitchen staff need to be made aware to expect a busy restaurant...

We booked the kids eat for free offer. Had a good table, restaurant was nice, service was fine. No one greeted us on arrival though. Free kids offer didn’t include Hoppy Meals, which was really disappointing. Kids meals were Mac n cheese, chicken strips or cheese toastie with fries and salad. Large portion sizes. Kids meals came with orange or apple juice or milk, but they didn’t have any of this!!! Had to order a coke for my dad on, defeats the point of the free meal really! Could they not have thrown in a free small coke!?!? My little girl had her own bottle of squash that we brought with us! Adults mains - I had the Chuck Norris chicken burger £13, which was £6 extra for fries and coleslaw. Chicken was stringy and fatty. Coleslaw was really spicy, it didn’t say it was spicy. Overall, I found it disappointing and overpriced. My husband had a beef burger with chorizo and black pudding, which he said was delicious. Side was hasselback potatoes, which were £4.95 for a small dish. Whole thing was underwhelming and expensive. Would definitely just stick to...
