I've been here numerous times with my son and his sidekicks. They have always had a good time and enjoy themselves, made new friends and left the place absolutely knackered (a parents dream). It's inexpensive, compared to other such venues in the the city, and there is a wide choice of food and drink available at decent prices. However, I am concerned about the lax in the attention paid to cleanliness and hygiene. Everytime I've been here the toilets are in an abysmal state and I've never seen the tables being wiped down or anything after they've been cleared by the staff (when they finally get around to doing it). I think that this aspect is the biggest letdown, next to the inadequate parking facilities. They may not be able to do much about the parking but cleanliness and hygiene are of paramount importance when it comes to children... We all know that they attract and spread germs, anyone who has kids go to nursery will understand that point, so therefore being more hygienic should be the top of the priority list next to the safety of the children.

Visited today and we arrived just before the shutters went up so I know we were the first visitors to the soft play for the day. My little girl is only 18 months old so we went into the toddler area and at first I was taken aback that the balls from the ball pit were all over the place as I would have thought some level of tidying would be done at the end of each day but it wasn't a problem so I didn't think too much into it. However it didn't take me long to realise it was more than just un-tidy, the place was unfortunately dirty.... I spotted pieces of food dotted around, wrappers, crumbs and debris and even an old dirty plaster. On top of this the place is freezing cold, I get it's a big place and maybe it takes a while to heat but things like that should be planned in advance so that the place is ready to take people in when they open - my little girls hands were like blocks of ice! Won't be visiting again which is unfortunate as it is the closest soft play to our home.

The stuff are so rude at treating people, I went there with my kids they played five minutes and we sat to eat there, they took ages to bring our food (food was cold and gave us attitude when we asked them to heat it)....... by the time we waited and finished eating it was like half an hour left for us to leave, they played for a bit and five minutes before leaving, the Jamaican lady working there came to kick us and said we got five minutes left , and was checking my name in front of everyone and asked what time I came, i spent 18 pounds at the entry for my four kids, and spent more money for their food and drinks and at the end we got kicked out with no receipt, when we were about to leave, the Jamaican lady was giving us dirty looks with the girl wearing the scarf, they were looking at us and laughing..... I got humiliated badly..... Never again

My experience at this establishment was horrible and most unpleasant. If I could, I would give 0 stars. I booked this place for my daughters 7th birthday from 4 pm till 6 pm. We arrived at 4 pm, had our first 10 min wait at the entrance. At the entrance, we were informed that our birthday tent was not ready for another 15 min. According to the manager, Ash, the party in that room wasn't leaving, they have been asked to leave but refused. So, manager Ash, when I asked what escalation process you had at this situation, I understood that these words are new for you. So I will educate you on this one if someone is being asked out and they do not leave. It's trespassing, and the authorities need to be involved. I paid my money to receive my services, which should have included a party host, but I was chasing the plates for the cake myself. So let's continue we had one hour wait for our room. While we were waiting, we requested our face paint to be done what comes with the package. So the face paint :the glue is being applied on your face and some glitter on the top. I would really advise management to Google up what the face paint is. "Face paint" done, 5 pm we finally get our tent. My question to the manager is how you will work this situation around. They can not give us a refund. We were offered free hot drinks. Really? Hot drinks for kids. I asked for slushes, the machine is broken, and I asked for just empty bottles because they had unicorn head, refused. Now, the funny part we were told that they can give use 2 or 3 free meals for kids. Now, manager Ash do the math. We had 7 kids inn and paid for 10 kids. The next part of the food. We have been waiting for food for around one hour and the half since arrival. So what happened when our food was ready they messed up again and gave it to the wrong party. If this place higher management will read that I would like to inform you that your manager Ash have not charged people who stayed one hour longer than they should had at this establishment. Because I asked him in person that we don't get a refund, so have they been charged for another hour. The answer was no. I would really advise you to give him some handbook and training. The lady who didn't give me her name and said she didn't need to, because you just work there, where was your uniform. Honestly, their janitor have been more helpful than they had. I feel sorry for employees who work for such poor management. You couldn't give me a refund but haven't accommodated my guests in any way. When I gave them free passes, my guests just laughed because none of them were coming...

Play area is good but overall experience and service absolutely awful.

My son enjoys the play area here but the way the place is ran and the service is just shocking!

Floors were dry, but had been mopped with something that left an extremely slippery film across the surface. I was wearing trainers with good grip and it was still like walking on ice! You could see the poor staff trying to walk around with plates of food and having to take baby steps so they didn't fall over.

We went during half term and it was extremely busy. However, there were clearly not enough staff to keep up with the pressure and the queues for refreshments were ridiculous.

Any food or hot drinks you order get brought out by staff who then have to spend at least 10 minutes walking around the whole place to locate whoever ordered it, according to a silly wooden spoon which is not visible unless they walk table to table. Luckily I did not order food but I could hear people complaining about food being cold. Hardly surprising after its done a whole tour of the place before its reached the customer! I mean, just shout the number from the counter and let people collect their food themselves. Either that or number the tables like they do in restaurants and pubs. It's not rocket science.

It took 30 minutes after ordering to recieve 2 hot drinks, which I had to go and ask about being as it had been so long. Turns out they were made but not delivered and had gone cold, so had to be remade. Again, they would have been better off asking us to wait to one side whilst drinks were made, or making some sort of announcement to collect them.

I'd say the menu is very much geared towards the Asian community. The 'ham' and sausages are quorn and other than spicy chicken, which my son will not eat, there is no other meat available. After reading the menu and being put off by the greasy coating all over it, we didn't order food. The complaints and greasy chip fat smell coming from passing food confirmed we had made the right choice!

Everything just felt grimy. There was litter under the tables and the tables themselves were greasy to the touch. Instead of paper coffee cups they use ceramic mugs which aren't the nicest to drink out of and their cleanliness was debatable.

It's a shame because the play area itself is brilliant but the way the place is managed, the hygeine and the standard of the food massively let's it down. Won't be...

Went this morning with toddler. Before entering establishment noticed piles of bags and rubbish at side of building which should have been a warning sign. On entering building staff seemed friendly which was a bonus. Let my son in under 3 area wasn't much to do. Very smelly too..lots of food and dirt down cracks of mats. Took him in larger toddlee area.. mats were very dirty..once again old food down sides of mat.. old sweets near slide area and bits of rubbish. Also saliva at top of slide area.lots of chewed up and squashed balls. Very unhygienic establishment which used to be great when I attended last three years ago. There were a few highchairs around for feeding..but these were dirty with rips in stained...more ready first the bin. I also noticed reserved seats for a party...tables looked dirty and grubby. My partner went to the toilet...no soap..toilet paper all over the floor etc. I did inform staff who smiled like it was a joke and told me the placed was cleaned every morning at 9 ???. They sent someone with a wet cloth(no disinfectent) to wipe area and when she asked me where spit is..I told her and also said the whole place is grubby. She walked off and did not even bother. They thn sent a young girl who was about 14 with a bin liner to pick up rubbish and old balls from area. The place has really gone down hill..this is a place for young babies and children...needs to be closed and have a deep cleaning not just a quick surface wipe. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. A call to environmental health is definitely on the cards for inside and outside of establishment (breeding ground for rats). Used to use this place quite often..never again. Please clean this place...you had enough staff messing around behind counter who could have cleaned toilets or carpet areas etc. It was very quiet this morning...just hate to see what the state would be on a busy day. Absolute disgrace and ruined our little ones morning as only stayed 20 mins max...
