The ticket staff here kindly offered me 10% off with my Blue Light card despite this not being advertised outside, and in the house a staff member called Finn showed us how to pose and took some fantastic photos for us Finn was also brilliant as a german speaker as my grandmother was with me and German is her first language he made her feel very comfortable and was brilliantly polite ! Would highly recommend thank you Finn

Visited today the strangest, most expensive attraction I've ever been too for about 10 minutes it was nearly £30. Staff were nice but didn't explain it so left very confused as to what you were supposed to do with your photos etc until uploaded to social media and a friend explained it. My 2 boys had fun but felt there were to many people to have decent photo opportunities.

Such a fun and unique experience at the Upside Down House Bristol! The whole place is so creative and quirky – brilliant for photos and a good laugh. It’s something different and a great activity for all ages. Would definitely recommend if you’re in Bristol and want something memorable and a bit out of the ordinary.

I, on impulse, took my two teens to the upside down house on Tuesday morning. Opened promptly at 10am, cost us around £21 and they didn’t accept cash, card only. My lads wanted to go to this attraction because my sister and niece went to the Brighton one a few years ago and the boys remembered so wanted to give it a go too. I recalled my sister’s photos were good but couldn’t exactly remember what she did, once in the house I was blank on what I was supposed to do. Later in the day I talked to her and she said the idea is to turn your photos upside down and make the house work for you. She said the staff at the Brighton one explained ideas and photo opportunities to her, the staff in Bristol didn’t, I’d really have appreciated if one or both of the young men had explained the whole concept to me, wasted opportunity. Maybe they can ask customers if...

I visited this house along with my family on Tuesday. We made the online booking though the staff at the ticketing counter made us wait saying it is crowded inside. After certain point we argued with him and asked the point of making an online booking and having an appointment if you are making us wait, then he allowed us saying that you won’t be able to take pictures as it is too crowded but we still to step in as already waited long. When we stepped inside, realised that wasn’t the case. There was no one inside and were able to easily explore the house tour. Such arrogant staff should...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Brilliant!

Took me and my two kids to the Upside Down House for just £18 – total bargain! We spent about 30 minutes inside and honestly didn’t stop laughing the whole time. There are so many clever photo spots; every corner is another fun, quirky angle.

The staff were fantastic too – such a friendly atmosphere. A lovely lad even offered to take photos for us and gave tips on the best spots. That little extra touch made it even better.

Definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby. A fun, affordable day out with loads of memories and photos...
