Visited earlier this week, the staff were okay but the food was dreadful. If I wasn’t so hungry I would’ve refused the food as I saw it being put into the boxes.. Chips landed in the tray like blocks of wood. Both the fish and chips were overcooked and dark brown like fence paint. The oil was due for change weeks ago and left a brown oily stain of a similar colour to malt vinegar on the grease proof paper. Incidentally the mushy peas were lovely. After travelling home I had to brush my teeth to get rid of the nasty taste of old fried oil. I will never go back there because it was terrible. My only wish now was that I had taken a photo...
