Located centrally on the prom with good sea views the Wild West Diner setting is fun and the decor is not overly done. Disability access does seem to be lacking however. There was a large step into the main building, seating at this level is available but the main restaurant has further steps to get down to the bar and eating area. Another door which seemed to be more street level access was available but was closed with a not in use sign. So I wouldn’t be able to recommend for disabled visitors without further enquiry. The staff were good, however they did seem a bit miserable and could have been a little more welcoming. Pricing wise it was a average for the average food that they served. I had the hotdog which was a huge portion, the quality of the hot dog was good (not the best but still better than others I have tried) on first tasting everything seemed really nice but after a few bites the whole meal was excessively salty, from the onions on the hotdog to the overly seasoned fries. I can’t say it’s an authentic southern or western style food beyond serving hotdogs and burgers with some decorations around the place. The best part was the decent country music playing in the background. I’m not sure I’d go back but it’s worth a visit just for something different on the sea front.

Myself and my partner came in here on our last day in Blackpool on 19th, we ordered some drinks and food, My partner ordered the mixed grill and I ordered 8oz sirloin steak for mains and meaty mac n cheese and garlic bread for starters. Got starters and they were lovely...got mains and had no corn on cob or house salad and steak tasted a little funny I ordered rare which by the picture was defo not rare or what looks like a steak and my partner got medium, I got peppercorn sauce which was okay but it was full of peppercorns, Anyway left after spending £88 for 2 people bit expensive so we went back home to Doncaster and went bed that night feeling okayish, both of us woke up in middle of night sweating and started throwing up and had explosive diarrhoea, it was coming out of both ends aye same time and our body was aching...we both had to miss work the next day as we couldn't keep of toilet. Our doctor told us it was food poisoning from the meat we ate.

Wow, just wow. I'll start by saying the food was immense, all fresh and cooked to order. I ordered half rack of ribs and half chicken, it was more like half a buffalo and half an ostrich. Cooked to perfection have absolutely no complaints at all. There was a little wait as they were busy but notified us while we were in the waiting area which was good. Rather be told of the wait instead of just being seated at a table and left for half an hour. I'll advise to try and not be seated by the door when it's windy, the door kept blowing open due to the strong winds. Nothing the staff could do, it's just one of those things so not a gripe at the restaurant just a little advice. Staff members were happy and very polite, it's table service only so they kept on top of their tables to make sure everything was OK.

Fantastic! I don't understand the poor reviews maybe it was a lot busier when they visited. We found the service exceptional. I mean really! I always say the staff were friendly and attentive but the lady that served us was amazing. She was always around but never annoying. We both had wings for starters. They were great. Only £3.50 for a bowl full. There was more than enough for a starter. For main courses, I had a bowl of chilli it was great. My partner had the half of chicken and chips. Soooooo many chips. Yes this place gives massive portions. All in all the whole meal including four pints peroni was less than 40 quid. Mega bargain. Will I go again. Yes please.

Burgers, steaks & ribs served in an informal, nostalgic dining room resembling a Western saloon.
