Golden Mile Amusements — Attraction in England

Had the most uncomfortable experience here. So me and two other people went here, it was 9:50 pm at the latest. We asked staff when they closed and we got told 11pm. There wasn't many people in there. We spent alot / too much money So in result won alot of tickets. At 10:50pm a staff member shouted asking everyone to make this there last game, so we did. We won a jackpot of 500 tickets. Then put all our tickets into the counting machine to tell us how much we got. The woman behind the prize desk did nothing but glare at us. She then made a phone call saying loud and clearly , " I'm going to be late ... yeah some stupid kids decided to not listen to our rules .. they are taking the piss now " .. By this time it was 10:55pm and we wanted to just leave . But not empty handed due to the amount if money we spent in there. While trying to decide what we wanted the woman continue to sigh loudly and 'tut' which by this time I just wanted to go . So I picked any random old junk. She then proceed to tell my friend to " Just hurry the hell up . Some people want to go home you know ! ... god children" . Which by this time I had enough and just left. Honestly so rude and every member of staff had an attitude ( not as bad as hers). Never...

Do not go to this arcade I repeat Do not go to this arcade. We went to this arcade while on holiday and on three separate occasions I witnessed two different members of staff opening up the coin pusher machines and removing any gifts that was close to the edge and putting them to the back. On the 30/10/2018 then again on the 31/10/2018 a member of staff that was called Sat on the name badge would walking around the arcade and if he noticed any toys / keyrings close to the edge he would open up the machine and place them to the back. Then on 1/11/2018 it was our last day of the holiday so we went back to this arcade to exchange our tickets and my girlfriend went on this 2p pusher close to the change desk so she could try and win a teddy for my daughter but when my girlfriend left to get change a member of staff rushed over to the machine then opened it and pushed the toy...

I went into the cafe on Sunday 24th Nov 2024 with my family I went to order breakfast as it was only 11am on the menu it says breakfast served til 11.30am as I went to order with the young man at the till a woman near the hotplate spoke to me her attitude was disgracful the manager should put her on a course for customer service her words its not on and I questioned it as it was only 11am she said its all gone so replied to her your customer service is disgusting as I walked back to the table she is storming round collecting menu and as she approached the table where we were she saw my granddaughter and with attitude again you can't eat that in here I said I beg your pardon is that how you speak to children her reply get lost the...
