Coney Island — Attraction in Great Britain

There is an old lady at the counter with salt and Pepper boycut hair who was exceptionally rude to us and borderline racist. Accused us of thievery when we found 2p coins by luck and used it on another 2p machine. She said you have to use the 2p on the same machine where you find it. I mean who made that rule and isn't luck/skill/fun the whole point of arcades? Plus what are we gonna do with even a dozen 2p coins? Make a fortune? We spent quite some money there. My wife was infuriated enough to walk out of there then go back in there and have an argument with her. Scarborough is beautiful but people like her can ruin the experience. Went in with the kids and my 4 year old disabled son saw a peppa pig plush, so my 10 year old son with ADHD, went out of his way to try and win one on the claw machines, but he was getting angry with not winning, so a male staff member went and found some peppa pig toys, but my 10yr old son gad a melt down so Charlie, a female staff member went out of her way and came back with a plush, and said "this is the best I can do, this will come out of my wage". Very happy and pleased with Charlie and the male. Those two particular staff have gone over and above to help us, puts faith back in humanityfor us, big time. Rude staff! I took a £10 to the change booth to get 10 £1 coins for the kids to play. I went away and gave a couple of £1s out to then realise I was given an old £1 and a 20p. I went back to the booth to explain that I’d been given the wrong money and I was made out to be a liar by the rude staff member. She claimed they don’t have old pound coins or 20ps there, I then said that she’d given me it as I only had the £10 to change into coins. I can’t believe the audacity of her to even assume I’d be lying and her being like that over £1.20! I left in tears and will boycott this place due to being embarrassed and being made out...
