We rode the Ferris wheel on May 29th at around 4:25. The staff forgot to close our door and started the Ferris wheel. We didn't realize it until we were halfway up (luckily I found it in time and closed the door with great difficulty). The child next to me was only 7 years old. It was really scary. After the Ferris wheel ended, I told the staff that they didn't care.. There was not even an apology. I will not come again and will not recommend others to come. It was a very bad experience. Went on there 22 July 2025 We went to go on the ride after purchasing a ticket the 2nd staff member was extremely rude he put his hands on my niece to stop her getting on the ride!!!! Which he had no right in doing so. If he got off his phone and payed more attention to the ride and the passengers considering we are paying his wages by coming visiting. Absolutely livid will...
