The Bay View Coffee House — Restaurant in England

This is a great café any time of year. Ros has created a coffee shop with character and there are always friendly, efficient staff on hand to bring you great coffee, teas and scones, cakes, fresh-cooked paninis and other savoury meals. Prices are reasonable and the south-facing seafront location is superb, offering views of the bay from the seating outside and, when it's rainy or windy, from the inside. One always feels welcome at the Bay View, which is why it's a favourite haunt of sea swimmers. The sea is just across the road and we know we'll soon get warmed up there! Best coffee on the seafront. Always served with a smile. Really well organised for takeaway at the moment. Bacon butties are lovely, nice crisp bacon and toasted bun and they have the nicest teacakes which have a hint of spice and served with lashing of proper butter. Came for breakfast with my partner this morning. First of all, it’s a cafe that doesn’t sell sausages 🙀 Secondly, we ordered for our order to come out completely wrong the first time round. Then when it came out again it was appalling. 2 slices of bacon in a sandwich is just not acceptable. Staff were rude, including the woman that looks to be the manager! Will not be spending money...
