Rituals — Attraction in Great Britain

Myself and my partner went here for this first time today, last time we tried to come here it was too packed for the pram so we decided to pop in today as it was quieter. There was so much on offer and I’ll be definitely coming back to get some more goodies. Nearly everything smells so amazing it’s unreal I was tempted to get a lot more than we did, pricey but worth it. Jordan was fabulous and so helpful and informative, kind and thoughtful! Customer service was top notch, we had a complimentary ginger and cinnamon tea which was delicious, it was oddly like drinking a gingerbread man haha. Would definitely recommend and thank you for looking after us Jordan.

We made a return on the 4th of August and just wanted to also praise Suki on her customer service also. Suki was really helpful and also asked me whether I’d like the skincare gift free through my membership or I could choose a mini diffuser instead. I think this was excellent customer service as I was offered a choices rather than the free gift just being pre-selected. Suki also checked the store room for a room spray we had in mind for this visit and found the last one in the back for us and reserved it for us at the till. I always seem to leave with more than I came in for but I can’t seem to help myself, their range of products is versatile and there’s something for everybody. Literally one of my favourite shops in town centre and you’re always looked after well, there’s always someone to help and customer service is always fantastic....

5 Stars – A Truly Wonderful Experience.

From the moment we stepped into the Rituals store, we were completely charmed. The shop is beautifully laid out, with a calming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel relaxed — the gentle music and incredible fragrances are an experience in themselves.

What truly made our visit special were the staff, Jordan and Millie. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. Their warmth, knowledge, and genuine helpfulness were second to none. We couldn’t thank them enough for their kindness and exceptional service.

The range of products available was fantastic, and the best part was being able to try everything. It really helps when deciding what suits you best, and there was no pressure — just helpful guidance. The offers were fabulous too, and the lovely little freebies were such a thoughtful bonus.

I have visited Ritual in Telford fir the first time today and have been made to feel so comfortable. All three members of staff where amazing, I'm not a lady who spends on herself and due struggling with menopause at present the staff was outstanding from taking time to listen and understand my anxieties to making me feel happy to treat myself without feeling pressured by sales talk. The customer care was second to none and I left with my goods feeling very special and overwhelmed with how lovely the staff and experience was, including being treated to a hand skin treatment and a sample of herbal tea during my visit.
