Sweet Pearl House — Attraction in Great Britain

This boba place is where I go literally every time I go shopping! There are so many options of different flavours, boba pearls, teas and they even have snacks. The best part is that if you are too shy to ask for your order they offer a piece of laminated card with red markers to mark down your order and give it to them over the counter. You can decide everything from the sugar level down to the type of tea in your drink! They even have loyalty cards with stamp marks so you can eventually get a free drink or an adorable keychain. My order is usually the large strawberry fruit drink (think it’s F1) with jasmine tea, strawberry popping pearls and 50% sugar/ice level. The prices are great and my order usually costs £5.10, but it is definitely worth it. I even recommended this place to my friend and now she loves going there too!...

The taste was good but the service was not great. There was "Valentine discount" that we could get another drink for half price. But the advertising flyer was on the cashing machine table which was hard to find. The lady asked me if I pay together with my friend, I said to pay separately as I didn't know about the discount and she didn't mention it. After I ordered, I found the flyer and mentioned it to her but she said it's too late even though I didn't pay yet. However, she was clearly recommending the discount to the next customer.

I love this small business boba tea shop! The staff is lovely and very welcoming and the bubble tea is flavourful and delicious. You can tell it's made with love and they care about what they do. There are many options to choose from and you can adjust the drink to your preferences. I have tried lots of bubble tea places (south & north) and will say this is my favourite place to get boba.
