Forest Gate — Attraction in London

Updated AGAIN 9.12.24- Absolute shocker yet again. This will never be gripped and sorted.. want to get anywhere on time to fit with your plans ?? Make sure you give yourself an extra 1.5 hours to allow for continual delays and disruption..cancelled trains with no proper plausible explanation other than I'm going in the opposite direction to the rush hour. PATHETIC AGAIN. I wish there was something good to say but there isn't. Again

Updated yet again 21.8.23, MORE DELAYS ON ELIZABETH LINE. NO STAFF- TFL WEBSITE SAYS GOOD SERVICE. ITS LIKE THE EMPERORS NEW CLOTHES. SHAM SERVICE. DRIVER SAYS- DELAYS THAT ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION.. BUT WHAT ARE THEY. .....SHOCKER AGAIN.again only days later--- STILL DELAYS. NO STAFF. NO TRAINS. SHOCKER. UPDATED 5 YRS ON-- STILL DELAYS. STILL NO STAFF. NOWHERE TO BE SEEN. TRAINS CANCELLED, EXCUSES THAT DONT MAKE SENSE, JUST FLUFF. The Elizabeth Line is not fully living up to its advertised glory.... Trains stopping but doors not opening. Staff hiding . Not available on the platforms to explain the debacle. The tfl staff should be available to assist inform and depart knowledge. They are only to be seen at certain times, and only if they are not playing on their phones... and when we need staff to get the ignorant doorway huggers to MOVE DOWN ( it wont hurt you just do it!!) we either get nothing or a meek please move inside but mostly its left to the passengers...

Small railway station which is currently being renovated. Fast good service. Direct trains to Liverpool Street Station - just 10 minutes to City, and to other side it is about 10 minutes to Romford. Located on a busy High Street surrounded by shops and cafes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Appreciated. I have recently visited friends in this area and this station has improved and undergoing more...

The new footbridge was still under contruction when I visited, so there wasn't any step free access available. Navigation was only provided by a cheap temporary footbridge. No ticket barriers whatsoever and one staff member in particular (not naming names) were quite rude. At least the station is near some local buses and not too far away from...
