Jo Malone London — Attraction in London

Today was my 6th or something Jo Malone purchase from the Stratford Westfield John Lewis store..

Every time I visit, I have had the luck of having Jo S serving me.. Always super helpful and makes me feel very at home. On my first visit a few years ago, I was going through a hard time and Jo was kind and naturally saw that. Without pushing she was really comforting and helped me have a much better day.

Since then I visit for my top ups every few months. I hadn’t been in for a few months but Jo remembers what I purchased previously and always has something to reccomend I mix/ try next. Thanks for looking after me as always Jo, see you soon - 😍

Top tier service! Walked in and greeted straight away by one of the ladies who worked there. So friendly and attentive. Made my purchase so easy and was seamless service start to finish. The other ladies were so friendly and professional as well. Honestly love the brand but all the ladies there represent the brand so well, I will always shop at the Stratford Westfield store, can not fault them, smiles, smartly presented and genuinely lovely people.
