I requested to speak to them as I didn’t wanted to shout my query to them.I even asked to come through the barrier and she promptly said NO! Basically I am a train driver for one of the National rail service, I was only going to ask them about loading my PTAC card on my Oyster card. She promptly replied I couldn’t do it at that station. As soon as I mentioned I was a train driver and I had done it at the same station before, she quickly said to come back 7pm and they couldn’t do it. The manner of approach to them was very very poor and felt really disappointed in the services of staff who are meant to be of help to people.
