Sorry feet, Yes disgusting Atmosphere is no better. We waited 15 minutes for someone to take us to the table, when there were many empty seats. The food is just disgusting. Service and people who have to work with customers do not know how to do it correctly and professionally. There is absolutely no organizational quality and the people who work there have no proper understanding. What should be done first and what should be done? Then Everyone does what he wants and Everyone does everything as he pleases. The only thing that saves this place is that the food is cheap, but the amount of food that we took to try something, but you can’t say that it’s cheap. Sorry on-on-on this institution. I won't come again. I also advise you to pay attention to the commentary. It's like cleaning and cleaning tables, when a person has eaten and leaves disgusting, just disgusting. I thought, Let's do some more face-checking in addition to make sure that this place really complies with all the rules. I would like to ask a trading establishment. Pay attention to this object and make sure that this institution meets all the requirements that are now provided for by law sanitation cleanliness and, accordingly, the competence of this business in this shopping center

It’s time we talk about wagamama’s. Why does this place exist, for who? I’d understand, if the prices were cheaper perhaps. But this is pretty silly. Inauthentic fusion food that you can EASILY get in London from an actual authentic place where the flavours are good. I mean, this is just bland mall food, but it’s not even indulgent. It just doesn’t make sense that this is a widely appreciated chain. Let’s review the food too. None of it was excellent, the only good one was the crispy salmon rice, but that’s pretty hard to mess up. I’d say most of the enjoyment I got from wagamama’s was because a dish had mayo in it and that’s because I love mayo. The mushroom bao buns were nice and pillowy, very comforting food, I must say that. But flavours were standard. The dumplings I liked only because truffle is interesting in dumplings, but the texture was not crispy enough, and I wanted more sauce and that the filling was more tender and juicy. The curry was mid, needed a bit more salt, and there was a sincere lack of curry sauce. Too much rice in this ratio. But the tofu had a nice explosive texture. Overall I just don’t get it, it’s normal food, but really expensive for what you get. And the mood inside isn’t great either. sorry…

I like wagamamas but it felt unorganised at this branch. Despite confirming our order, the staff put through three additional dishes which were all brought out and caused much confusion (they did however remove these dishes that we hadn’t ordered from our bill, though it was wasteful and could have easily been avoided). The staff seemed really unfamiliar with the menu, and we had to resort to just calling out the numbers on the menu instead of the dishes. The food is consistently good, though the you never know what you’ll get with the Japanese pickles (a very tiny side order that I love) - sometimes they come with three types of pickles, and other times just a small dish of one pickle-type. On this occasion it was just one type of pickle. The restaurant felt clean, there is an impressive range of food on the menu including many vegan dishes. We enjoyed a power juice, a beer (though they served the wrong one), the beef brisket ramen, and the Yaki udon noodles (my all time favourite). It’s sad that all the curry dishes are so high in calories (over 1200 cals) otherwise I’d have ordered one. Even the chicken Katsu salad has just as many calories as a plate of noodles.

My LAST EVER meal at any Wagamama happened at this branch this week, because enough is enough. Where to start?

How about the Private Equity purchase of Wagamama that has resulted in the (usual) degradation of the product and service. Once upon a time you could count on Waga to deliver a healthy, hearty, delicious meal, served by competent and friendly staff, at a fair price BUT NOT ANYMORE.

When we entered, I asked if we could sit at a table a few meters away and was told that "section" was closed..ridiculous and nonsensical.

The dishes have been reduced in size and no longer have fresh and tasty ingredients, as cost cutting under the PE firm takes hold. The food is now the same as any terrible Chinese takeaway, just basic ingredients loaded in cheap and salty sauce. Obviously, the amount of meat and tofu etc has also been reduced as well. But not only the food has gone downhill.

Now, you get very low cost labour (trained only to sell, not serve) serving your food who are clearly pressured to upsell, upsell, upsell, as we were HOUNDED to buy more drinks. So much so that I had to ask point blank if they got commission from drink sales, just to get her to stop. Within minutes, another server came by to ask if we wanted more drinks. It was AWFUL and tiresome.

When it came time to pay (£75 for 3 people), I scanned the QR code and was asked to enter my name, email, and phone number, before checking out. What is that all about?? Well, it's about more upselling when I'm out of the restaurant. NO THANKS and it's such a poor client experience, and naturally I refused and asked for a paper bill.

I will not eat at any Waga's again, and I will continue to focus on eating at independent restaurants/cafes. I hope everyone reading this will do the same as £££ is the only language the people running these places understand. They will change their business model in a minute if everyone avoided eating there (and their sales figures drop, resulting in missed revenue targets and no bonuses) so please consider it. But sadly, too many consumers just don't do it, and carry on like sheep. Hopefully this post inspires you to demand better for your hard...

Never given a review for restaurant before but gonna have to this time. went here for first time, I been to Wagamama before but not this one and it was with my mom and it was her first time in wagamama. Long story short, we had some issues with the food, I won't give all details as all the complaints were made in restruant and I don't feel the need to tell every detail here but an example was that we ordered prawn fire cracker curry and my mom got the curry with litteraly 4 small prawns and was so hungry then we told the server Named BEN who got the manager SARAH for us and they both OMG RESOLVED THINGS SO MUCH, they apologised, they took great care of us asking us every now and then if we're doing good. We were given extra prawns and sauces free of charge, my dish was totally replaced and got complimentary dessert also as an apology compensation.

Yes we did have a bad experience in the beginning of food BUT BEN AND SARAH turned it AROUND FOR US we both hungry and annoyed customers left the place in the most happiest mood ever, yes everyone likes free dessert BUT we more appreciate the customer service IT WAS WONDERFUL AMAZING PLEASE WAGAMAMA HIRE more people like BEN and SARAH, Give them a raise, promotion or whatever please please Wagamama it's my polite request that something to appreciate and respect their customer service, they were doing their job in the most perfect way, I could write more but seriously please we would appreciate if something is done for both them as honour and keep this service UP, turning hungry customers happy and smiling who got annoyed and angry from hunger and misleading food but left with smiles on their face.

Everyone please do go to this Wagamama for food, everyone can make mistakes as even the chefs are humans so just because we had some bad experience doesn't mean everyone will so please go and they will take good care of u and keep u smiling and laughing serving u with more improvements...
