I have booked a bridal make-up for today. I have had a lengthy chat about this w them over the phone as it is not possible to book via the website. I arrived to my appointment (organising my day around this!) and there was no trace of my appointment anywhere. Ehich was repeated to me about 5 times like it was my fault somehow?! The girls just stared at me absolutely bored and didnt care. You shouldnt offer a service like this if you cant understand the importance of it.... And the ONLY girl who is qualified to do this is off sick therefore there is nothing they could do apart from offering an 18yr old girl could do like a 30m thing instead whilst asking her if âshe would be comfortable doing a bridal make-up?!â No thank you I wont be someone you practice on... now I have to beleive that they will actually call me if the girl comes back to work as she is the only person who could do this. Apparently you cant trust anyone, if it isnt an online booking it doesnt exist. Im extremly upset which is great considering this time of my life is soooo relaxing anyway... did not see this coming from such a big brand I use...
   Read moreBad customer service I went today trying to get a similar product to one I already own from a different brand, I knew I wouldnât find a perfect match but wanted something close enough. I was asking the sales lady for some advice, since thatâs what they are there for and I donât have a lot of knowledge about makeup. When trying to get the right colour and product she just wasnât bothered at all and kept giving me useless answers and ended up saying that was the only powder they did and when I showed I wasnât very sure about it just said it was up to me to buy it or not.    Read moreI had a make up session ( one hour ) with Tessa at Wimbledon. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I loved trying all the products and bought quite a few that the MuA had used. Tessa checked that I was happy at each stage and was happy to explain things when i asked. It was £60 but in effect free as it was redeemable against products bought. The only thing i would change would be to try the lighter foundation next time - my fault as i asked for medium coverage when ive not used foundation before. I loved the concealer , and the lipstick that Tessa suggested for my wedding was perfect. Thank you ! ...
