BEWARE; Never go to this branch. Terrible customer service. I saw t-shirt shown it was on sale in the reduced section. There was printed ones and plain ones I chose the plain one. It showed reduced from £7 to £4. The man at the till scans the item and the register showed £5. He then peeled the sticker of said it was £5. I was confused I told him that I found it in the reduced section (1st floor) he said he will confer with his manager. He spoke with her. I told that I got the top in that section and she said twice "no it wasn't" I felt wronged and accused of trying to steal. I told her that that is not the way to speak, and decided not to buy it and paid for the rest of my purchases. The man put a sticker on my bag. Which they have never done before and feel he did that to show that this was brought but could be a their and steal. I was deeply upset. I spoke with a manager on the ground floor who gave me a qr code to submit feedback but listened to my complaint. I still felt wronged and with a shop floor assistant on the first floor found another plain t-shirt with the sale sticker. I took this upstairs with the printed t-shirt. Told the same manager at the till look I did not make this up and told her that the assistant who helped me find it had said that staff member must have priced it wrongly and placed in the wrong section. The manager apologise but then tried to gaslight me by say they asked people to check and was going to talk but I cut her off. Which did not happen. She had time to say that but never did.she and the man whispered to each other in front of me. She said the man said the lable was peeled. He did that himself. It is appalling that had to remember where the reduced section the item came from. That place is huge. I had to find another plain pink t shirt to prove my innocence and prove it was their mistake. Those two need retraining on everything before being placed in a public facing role. She also said she had a lot to deal with from other customers trying it. I told her that's not an excuse. I worked in the public sector and that is not how they should behave. She asked me if i wanted the printed shirt which was the one correctly on sale. I realised I got the wrong size but by that point I did not want it. The principal of the matter was more important to me. I have gone there many tim normally late evenings. I will never go...

A Plant-Based/Vegan Perspective

Primark Oxford Street is, usually, quite overcrowded - especially at the payment points. Here's what I like about this store... First and foremost, there are Vegan options for shoes. Since becoming Plant-Based, I no longer purchase leather shoes. All of My footwear of late has come from Primark. I can't vouch for the clothing as I do not know the origins of the materials used for clothing.

I also like the options for accessories; I am a fan of the man-bags, and I have quite a few of them that I use everyday and one I use when I'm at the gym.

This branch has a café and toilets. Oh! There are charge points for your smartphones and other mobile tech such as tablets. Chill while your equipment charges. Nice!

Here's what I don't like... For a start, there aren't enough payment points. Sometimes the queues are intolerable! There are lesser queues are on ground level.

Oddly, the range of products will vary from branch to branch... The sheer size of the Oxford Street branch would have you believe that you can find what you're looking for. No. If I wanted a pair or two of gym tights, I may be better off at the Wood Green branch! So, not all branches are equal!

Yes, even though Primark is inexpensive, the quality of the goods are often questionable. Zips break for no reason. Jeans and other clothing can just blow-up after washing. No. They don't explode; they lose shape and elastics can stretch to the point of no return.

Why did I go to Primark Oxford Street last night? I was in the area and I wanted to buy some cushions to use for My side splits. I ended up with a decently priced double set of seat cushions that I'll be using come tomorrow, Monday, 24 June 2019.

The conclusion is to not focus on one branch as you'll find that the availability of products will vary.

I hope you'll find this review...

Had a bad experience at Primark Oxford Street East ground floor fitting room yesterday(Wednesday) 24/07/2024 My family and I are regular customers of Primark, we like Primark stuff a lot But now I don't know whether to go to Primark or not

Yesterday wednesday around 5 pm to 5:30 pm me and my sister went to ground floor fitting room to try clothes, when we entered we both tell them, we want to try cloths, they provided one card, they were 4-5 peoples. fitting room staff were engaged in conversation among themselves.

When we came out after the cloth trial they asked us for 2 cards as there were 2 of us Again and again we said that we had only one card, the staff who served us, probably her name is jala/jawa, repeatedly blamed us and said that she gave us 2 cards, but actually gave us 1 card, the rest of the staff were very Rude. They said to us check the room inside, when we went back to the room, the room we used was being used by another person We tell the staff that They locked us out and called the manager The manager gentleman came a little later, maybe his name was Michael, I don't remember the correct spelling, I was so upset, I could not be satisfied with the manager's behavior, after he came, why did his staff keep us and harassed us, did not say anything to the staff, we two sisters felt very humiliated. After telling us that we don't have 2 cards, they detained us and harassed us, wasting our time, coming out of the trial room, we looked for a senior manager to submit a written complaint but unexpectedly got no one, such this behavior is not expected from a popular brand shop like Primark. I can't forget that we were humiliated like this in front of...

I recently visited Primark to shop for baby clothes, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The store offers a fantastic variety of baby clothing that combines both style and comfort, perfect for little ones. The quality of the fabric is exceptional, especially given the affordable prices. I was able to find everything I needed, from cozy onesies to adorable outfits for special occasions. What stood out most was the attention to detail in the designs—everything is thoughtfully created with babies' needs in mind. The clothes are soft, durable, and easy to wash, which is a must for any parent. Additionally, the range of sizes and styles available is impressive, catering to all different stages of a baby's growth. The shopping experience itself was also very pleasant. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance without being overbearing. Overall, Primark has exceeded my expectations for baby clothes. I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for high-quality, stylish, and affordable clothing for their little ones. I will definitely be returning for more!
