If you don't yet know about 5 guys, you've been living under the world's biggest rock. An American impeot to the UK with a limited menu it does incredibly well. When it comes to smashed burgers this place will always be in the discussion for top 5. 4 variations of beef burger, either with cheese, bacon or bacon and cheese. Smaller versions for kids. The same with fries, either cajun or regular and a serving size that is mountaineous in comparison to competitors. What it might seemingly lack in variety it makes up for in spades with quality. They have focused on doing burgers and fries and doing them to perfection. Other options on the menu are hot dog and grilled cheese, use these only if you absolutely have to. An excellent atmosphere with excellent well know music playing, generally a variety of Rock and Roll in a throw back design of the original American diners. Complimented with an array of milkshakes, the average Joe would be filled to the brim with a burger, small fries and regular shake.

It's really too expensive for those small burgers which I can gobble up in a two bite challenge, and you will have to pay additional for the fries as well. The burgers are messily prepared, but the tenderness and juiciness of the meat is on point. I love how they offer free groundnuts by the aisle, and it will be fun to snack on in the spacious Five Guys of the Tottenham Court Road branch. Their famously renowned milkshakes, does taste as good as what most others say. Since the mixture of the milkshake can be customised, you can mix and match different flavours, and although they might seem like an odd combination, it usually ends up great from what I have heard. Personally, I am usually less adventurous with the mixture as I like my milkshake sweet and good as always. This is probably my favourite Five Guys branch having visited the Covent Garden and King's Cross branch before. 3-stars rating as an overall from me.

I recently had the Bacon Cheeseburger and Regular Fries at Five Guys in London and was very impressed. The burger was absolutely delicious. The beef was fresh and juicy, and the toppings were generous. I especially liked the fact that you can get as much bacon as you want for free. The fries were also excellent, with a crispy outside and a soft inside. I also appreciated that you can get as much free soda as you want. The staff at Five Guys was very friendly and helpful. They were happy to answer any questions I had and made sure my order was perfect. Overall, I had a great experience at Five Guys in London. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious burger!

It was my first time at Five Guys! I just want to share this feedback in the hope that they improve and eventually surpass McDonald’s and Burger King, so I can enjoy a truly satisfying burger instead of the mediocre ones already served at those chains.

The ordering process was smooth. The staff was friendly. The burger customization options were good, but the process could be improved to enhance the experience for both customers and staff—especially if simplicity is one of their core values.

The atmosphere was great, with the smell of fresh food and the open kitchen allowing customers to see the live action.

Areas for Improvement:

Toppings - Why do they pile all the toppings on at once? I know this is something other chains don’t offer, but to make it more organized, they could separate the options into categories like vegetables and sauces. They should also set a reasonable limit on toppings unless they intend for the burger to feel like a compressed salad in a bun.

Beef Patty - wasn’t impressed tbh. It was quite bland and could be cooked a little more—closer to the blackened side than red inside. I get that they’re not using the chemically enhanced flavors of other chains, but they can still create a unique and delicious experience without them.

Fries - The fries were fine. I appreciated that they were naturally cut and had a fresh quality rather than the overly processed taste found in other chains. However, the frying quality could be improved to meet higher standards, as I’ve seen similar feedback from others.

Dine-in Experience - I ordered to eat in but received my meal in a bag, which was disappointing.

Peanuts - they offer free peanuts, which is a nice touch, but it makes the place messy quickly.

Overalk its a good burger spot with a great vibe, but there’s a lot of room for improvement. I’d be more likely to return if they make...

Let’s start with the pros. Great American burger with good portions of both beef and fries. Even if you go with the smallest size you won’t be disappointed. Lots of indoor dining 2 floors a main level and basement level with more dining area and locked restrooms that require a code which you receive on your receipt. Also AC Going into the experience. I went around 12 am, not to busy only had to wait about one minute to talk to classier. That’s about all the positive I can say. Once my order had been placed I waited around the pickup area for about 10 minutes waiting for my number to be called. I heard all these numbers being called except mine. I was around customer number 70. I only got one burger and fries nothing to compacted or large. Once I begun to hear orders in the 90 range I went up to the pickup desk and asked the worker what was up with my order to which he responded it was still in the Q. I understand staffing shortages are a issue so I said no worries and just waited. Another 10 minutes or so passed and I begin to hear single digit numbers getting called. At this point I went to the manager waring the black shirt everybody else has on red and let her know that I had sent gotten my order yet. To which she said “give me your receipt”. She then explain to me that my order must’ve been lost. No apology or anything she just said they would make it. I waited another five minutes and one of the workers call my number finally and just handed me my order without any apology or anything. A lesson that they could learn is first to be aware of their surroundings and the customers waiting if they see a customer waiting for 20+ minutes that has already asked about their order they should double check with the customer to make sure. Second is the manager should’ve been a little bit more apologetic about the situation a simple sorry would...

Amazing fries, you must order them, Best things on the menu are definately: *Fries * Veggie burger (even for meatlovers) Strawberry milkshake or Oreo milkshake, Oreo one is just so sweet and creamy one of the best milkshakes on the market, and if you get the strawberry one, I thought it would be a cheap flavoured paste like McDonalds, but in fact it is a soft creamy milkshake, with bits of strawberry, with the cup glazed in something like strawberry puree or sauce, it's hard to explain how good it is, If you do go to this store and you are going to order a milkshake I would most definately recommend those two milkshakes

The atmosphere is friendly and feels very American if you like those vibes then this is a great restaurant for you, the only thing wrong with the store is the bathrooms, they are amazing, the only issue being there is a code lock on the door and you have to remember the code otherwise you may be locked in

Other than that I would most certainly visit here rather than going to McDonalds or KFC or any of those other unhealthy Fast food restaurants, everything at five guys is fresh, everything. They even show you where Thier potatoes of the day come from, this is a reliable, healthy and most importantly, delicious restaurant , Would 100%...
